I'd advise using another company. The tent arrived and it was in poor condition. It had grass clippings stuck to the interior of the tent. It was filthy and looked as though it has never been washed. Straps were broken and hanging. Windows on the tent had holes in them. To top it off when they came to pick up the tent (earlier than agreed upon) the "operations manager" was extremely intoxicated. My guests were alarmed at his demeanor. The icing on the cake was that the guys then proceeded to hit one of my guests vehicles with their truck. My guest decided to take care of the scratches himself because he felt sorry for the kids who seemed nervous to call their boss. He just wanted to hit the road because our guest was from out of state and it was late and he didn't want to have to wait for them to get a hold of the boss. DO NOT use this business. My parents hired Russell for my recent bridal shower & he was useless when the balloons he delivered deflated before the party even began. First of all, he sent a young kid to set them up. While the kid was STILL there, the top balloon began deflating. He asked my mother for a straw to blow it back up. Once they were able to find one, the kid blew it up, then left. Minutes later, it began deflating... again. Obviously there had to have been a hole or something in the balloon, but no one was there to help. My bridesmaids had to keep trying to blow it up, but had no success. How do you just leave after setting up before making sure everything is all set? .. Is it a huge deal that the main balloon on these stands kept deflating? No. Did it ruin my day? No. But my parents were very disappointed in the amount of money they spent for the main decoration at my shower to look lopsided/deflated in all of my pictures. Russell's team was supposed to return later in the day to pick up the balloon stands. My shower ended at 3:00. The owner of the property called my mother at 5:30 to say Russell never returned for the stands & he wanted to close up. My mother called Russell & said you could clearly tell he was somewhere else when he answered. His response? "Oh... I don't think I can get someone over there today to pick them up." ... no further information when he had told my parents they pick everything up the same day. My mother explained that the reason she was calling was because the owner would like to lock up & go home for the day. Russell's response? He told my mother to relay to the owner that HE could drag them outside himself & leave them on the back deck so MAYBE they could come pick them up the following day. My mother informed him of the deflated balloon that was never really inflated to begin with when his worker left. His response? "Sorry about that". Very poor ownership/management if you ask me! He even moved our rentals back 24 hours when the weather looked bad for our original date. The pick up and delivery team were fast and courteous. BEWARE. Total scammer. Poor business practices. Got every single detail incorrect when called to confirm. Wrong date of service, wrong inflatable. Ok, thought we squared it away over the phone, nope. Charged my credit card without permission for a higher amount even though it was discussed less than 24 hours prior that the balance would be paid in cash. Decided to cancel the service due to feeling like I was getting scammed. Refused to refund me the entirety of what was charged and harassed me via text message afterwards. Don't use them for tent rentals. Russell is a stereotypical sales guy who likes to squeeze out every penny out of you! Increased the setup fees 5 days before the event and said that it was based on supply and demand. There are a lot better rental places to deal with instead of him. Left a message for Let's Party and Russ got right back to us- they were able to provide a tent which made a huge difference - reasonable price, very responsive, and the guys who came and set it up were great. Ordered 5 dozen balloons 6 weeks in advance of a party, paid in full in advance. The day before the party I call to confirm arrival time of the delivery and they had lost my order- had no idea what I was talking about. Eventually my order was found, and my delivery was on time, but buyer beware, make sure you confirm before your event! read more

We needed a tent rental last minute due to another company cancelling the day before I scheduled it. Let's party has 24 hour service and Russel was amazing. I called him after every other company was closed. He came out the next day as promised and my party went off without a hitch. He was less expensive than the other company too. I had a wonderful experience with Russell and his team for my carnival theme birthday party. Everything turned out exactly what I expected and I'm a very picky person. The balloon decorations were awesome and huge! My rental also came with 2 helpers and they were really nice. They were a one stop shop which made my life easier. They have everything!!! Was looking for tent, chair and table rental for an event on a Sunday. Found info online for a package including all that and even said setup. When I called to inquire about delivery, Russell wanted to charge an additional $100 to go from Cumberland to Foster. I know it's a bit of a way but not $100 in gas. I was trying to plan a party for my year old twins, but did not know theme to do for both a boy and a girl. The Let's Party team came through with an EXCELLENT idea and party that was Disney themed and got everyone involved (including us parents). The staff was excellent, polite, and efficient with both the setup and clean up and the lady in charge was very organized with the running of the party, which included games, moonbounce that I had rented from them, and a visit from Mickey and Minnie. The prices were very reasonable and I am happy to have discovered Let's Party and will definitely be using them again. read more
