Within 5 minutes after it was installed it, it completely collapsed. One of the 2 fans that power it was broken and it took them a few hours to come back and fix it. And it was dirty and had a dead frog in the slide! Because they had the largest slide rental we gave them another shot. This year 3 of the stairs were ripped and you could not get up the stair cave. It was covered in grass and mud! It was also leaking water from the top where they attached the hose. We are currently trying to fix it because their repair guy is away and won't be back till next week to fix it. They did not have a comparable slide to replace it so we have to keep it as is, and were only offered a $50 discount for a $1000 slip & slide!

It is clear that Kevin and his young helpers give more than 100% to their work, and they do it with genuine smiles. I rented the 22 ft water slide, the wrecking ball interactive inflatable, 3 tables, and 18 chairs for my son's high school graduation party. Kevin threw in an extra cornhole game for us at no charge. Everything was exceptionally clean and in perfect condition. The waterslide and wrecking ball interactive inflatable were huge hits! We had little kids, teenagers, and adults using both of these inflatables (observing the weight limit and occupant capacity of course). It's been a couple of days since the party, and I have had several friends reach out to say how much fun they had. Coordinating a backyard party with over 100 people in attendance was a daunting task. Having these inflatables kept everyone busy and happy!!! Before booking Your Favorite Inflatables, I carefully researched available options in Rhode Island. This company stood out among the rest as reputable, professional, and reliable.
