Additionally, the quality is 10 out of 10, these are not the standard back yard tents. They are wedding quality and like new in terms of polls and supports. Well it seems they're one of the only rentals in the area. they do their job, do not go above and…read morebeyond. They said they'd inform us 24 hours before they'd show up for delivery. They did not thankfully I work from home or I would've missed them. Which isn't the delivery people's fault so I moved my car and gave water to all the workers. When they were putting the tent up I told them they could put the stakes wherever they needed just to not touch my flowers. They spray painted 2 flowers and put a stake through one which already wasn't doing well from the heat wave so completely destroyed it. Then before they left they said they'd pick it up on Wednesday. They arrived Monday morning for pick up without any notice again. Not an issue for me but if someone needed to tent for the full paid for week or isn't home would be an issue.

All Employees were extremely helpful and friendly- from the woman who took my payment to the man who loaded everything in my truck. My only complaint was the condition of the tables, they were a little beat- but nothing a table cloth can't fix! They also gave us all round tablecloths when we had 2 square tables- not a big deal just a little hiccup. Would definitely go to them again- can't beat their prices!
