Well it seems they're one of the only rentals in the area. they do their job, do not go above and beyond. They said they'd inform us 24 hours before they'd show up for delivery. They did not thankfully I work from home or I would've missed them. Which isn't the delivery people's fault so I moved my car and gave water to all the workers. When they were putting the tent up I told them they could put the stakes wherever they needed just to not touch my flowers. They spray painted 2 flowers and put a stake through one which already wasn't doing well from the heat wave so completely destroyed it. Then before they left they said they'd pick it up on Wednesday. They arrived Monday morning for pick up without any notice again. Not an issue for me but if someone needed to tent for the full paid for week or isn't home would be an issue. read more

Rented a grass seeding machine. Not a good experience. Very difficult to use. Stalled often. Did not finish the job. Was able to get refund for hours not used. Not happy about paying $5.00 for pint of fuel. Counter service was very good. My only complaint was the machine. read more

I worked with Quality Rental to do the drapery and linens for my wedding. The linens worked out well but the drapery was horrible. Be very careful about working with this company as they are misleading with what they will do vs what they do not do. For instance, set up notes were included in my contract but then day of the wedding they say they do not do any set up. The drapery looked incredibly unprofessional and not worth the $400 plus dollars I paid for. Unfortunately, it's the backdrop of my wedding photos now too. I called and asked for some money back for being mislead and they refused any discount or refund. I would not recommend working with this vendor. read more

I was driving in the city when I was forced to stop due to this company's truck blocking the road. The truck was parked on the side of another vehicle taking up the whole street making it impossible for anyone to go by on this one way street. Initially, the back of the truck was open and there was no one in sight. About five minutes passed and here come two workers with their hands full moving things into the truck. At this point there were five cars held up because of the negligence of these workers. They noticed the line of cars waiting on them and instead of moving the truck, one of the workers RUDELY SHOOK HIS HEAD and proceeded to go back into the building and left the truck to block the road. Again this was a one way street there was no where to go! All of the drivers starting beeping as it had been ten minutes or more we'd been waiting. These workers were so rude and should not have a job unless they can execute it correctly. The saddest part is if they parked five feet ahead on the main road none of this would've happened. If I could leave a zero I would. I am sitting outside of quality rentals right now. Date is 9/6/19 I ordered 120 white chair covers over a month ago. I come here today to pick up the chair covers the day before my wedding. 1/2 of the chair covers are bright white half are either egg shell or stained. No I have to go through with my wedding with no chair covers because it is too short notice to get the amount I need. I asked if it is normal to get 2 colors. They explained that it depends on when they order them. So apparently you get old and new chair covers. Not only that they store them in containers you can find at walmart. One container was open which is probably why they are dirty. In the long run. They wanted to charge me about 500 to get these that includes a deposit. Not only did they not apologize about this. They really looked like this was normal. Do not go here. read more

I had a leak in my roof, which is a 3 story roof, so I wasn't comfortable going up on a ladder. I decided to price out renting a scissor lift for the day. I went into quality rental and the guy behind the counter explained my options / pricing very clearly. Once I decided on a solution, he had two employees meet me outside with the lift, a trailer, and and truck. They took the time to go over everything with me, so I couldn't have felt more comfortable leaving the lot. When I got home, I was uneasy on backing off the trailer, so I called the shop and the employee walked me through the process. I got my roof fixed, felt safe, and Quality Rental made the whole process pretty painless. Based on this service, I'd go back for any other equipment or event rentals that I have in the future.
