Now, we've had our fair share of photo booth experiences considering I come from a large family with lots of weddings and we, like most, enjoy a good goofy photo strip from time to time. Things I noticed stood out most from this booth than others: 1. Standing room. Sitting in a photo booth is double chin city! You can get much more creative in your poses while standing, i.e. the classic prom pose (picture will be provided) or the more common "Charlie's Angels" 2. It seems to take up much less space. Not an eyesore in your event! 3. The props were, simply put, better. I've never seen a batman mask as an accessory! There was the classic spread as well, of course, with boas and silly glasses, but it was more organized and cleaner than your average setup. 4. Lastly, and most importantly, I looked great in my photo. Have you ever done a photo booth at an arcade? You shouldn't. Because you'll look horrible no matter who you are. The quality of the photos was far superior to any photo booth I've used in the past- and I'm the girl that seeks them out. Your wedding (and other events) should be fun! I recommend this service to anyone who enjoys fun, so literally anyone.

Answered all my questions and printed up everything that was emailed to her from the service places in NY. She did that so I could bring it with me to the next shop. She didn't have to do that. If you're in a jam and in Providence or you're in need of a great, reliable place to bring your car, this is the place.

To those of you who think this place is your friend or goto repair shop, time to take off your blindfold. Chances are you've been getting ripped off. Brought my car in for state inspection and they wanted to charge $612.00 in repairs first. My car is a 2012 Nissan Altima with 39k original miles....not a junk car, and still in like new condition. I still had to pay $279.00 to get my car out of that trap. All it needed was a vent valve solenoid for the EVAP canister. They told me the "aftermarket" part was over $200 alone. I ordered a factory OEM part from Nissanparts USA. It literally twists off, and twist locks back onto the evap canister...less than a minute to install. Did it myself, and got my inspection sticker elsewhere. I asked them if they would refund my $270.00 but they refused. They also got in my car with dirty boots and got grease on both driver's side and passenger side. They didn't care and put a paper mat down only AFTER they saw the marks they left. I feel obligated to write this review to warn others. Stay clear of this place.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I dealt with a man named Adrian Pereira at Quality rental to rent a trailer to move an automobile. As I walked into the store he recognized my younger brother who was with me and said he would not rent to me because of an argument the man had about rental prices with my father a year ago. He recognized my brother because my brother came to the store with my father the day of the argument a year ago. I had never met this man in my entire life and the fact that once he saw my brother he said " you are the son of that crazy guy" I knew the man was unprofessional. He refused to rent to my brother because of an incident he had with my father, and the fact that the man was name calling members of my family for a disagreement that happened over a year ago is completely unacceptable. He kept spewing insults about my father to me as if it was going to make me rent from him. In the end I told Adrian Pereira that I was not interested. This man just lost $1000 of business and I will not return. In the end I spoke to his supervisors about the incident. Overall it is completely unacceptable to trash talk someone's father and not serve their brother because they are related to a man you once had a problem with a year ago. Again, I never met this man in my life... Classless and unprofessional. read more

My wife and I rented all our wedding necessities from Quality Rental. Everything arrived on time, in good condition and was picked up the same way. However, the rental truck damaged the yard (tire marks and a skid mark left in the grass). The owner of the beach house was not happy and took photos. He charged us for the damage and suggested we contact Quality Rentals to get reimbursed. I did repeatedly and was told repeatedly that the appropriate supervisor would return my calls and address the issue. Despite trying and trying, I never heard back from the supposed "supervisor" and never get reimbursed for the damage fee. Poor customer service. I will never rent from Quality again. read more

Within 5 minutes after it was installed it, it completely collapsed. One of the 2 fans that power it was broken and it took them a few hours to come back and fix it. And it was dirty and had a dead frog in the slide! Because they had the largest slide rental we gave them another shot. This year 3 of the stairs were ripped and you could not get up the stair cave. It was covered in grass and mud! It was also leaking water from the top where they attached the hose. We are currently trying to fix it because their repair guy is away and won't be back till next week to fix it. They did not have a comparable slide to replace it so we have to keep it as is, and were only offered a $50 discount for a $1000 slip & slide!

So that was nice to not have to be nagged for a down payment. When they came for set up and delivery we paid cash in full and even tipped the guys since they had to come by 2x. The slide appeared new was clean and safe and easy to use. They just gave us a few easy to follow instructions and we were all set. They also had much better prices then a lot of the other places. We rented this LAST MINUTE & they were still able to cater to our wants/needs. I definitely recommend this company for a very easy rental!!!

horrible service! water slide ripped 30 minutes into filling it up with air & getting water going…read more installation was a sketchy rush job, didn't stick around to make sure everything was okay (like they already knew the slide was ripped) no answer when we called for the rip, when they finally called back, no replacements, no repairs, & no help from the company at all! the attitude was crazy, least they could have done was refunded my payment seeing as how we didn't even get to use the equipment.
