Rented a bouncy house for the kids at a work event and was very very disappointed. The bouncy house was dirty and smelled terribly of mold and dirty feet. So my coworkers as I had to scrub the thing down while doing so notice all the holes in it and patches plus all this yellowish gooey stuff all over the place. Not to mention you couldn't even hook up the hose right due to the thing being all messed up. We were very unhappy and will never rent from this place again. We will go back to the guy we used last year who has clean and non broken equipment. Guys did drop it off early but we're very rude and didn't even take the time to show us how to work this bouncy house/water slide. read more

I have to say Franks has awesome customer service, rented the waterslide for my daughters birthday, they upgraded me to a double for free. Excellent!!! Reasonable pricing. Lori was very helpful. We had a lot going on with a wedding so I asked for a very specific delivery time and they were happy to accommodate us. Rented a 20x20 tent plus tables and chairs. Forecast for day of event was rain so they installed tent EXACTLY in the right spot so guests went from house to tent and stayed dry. We were not there for pickup which was not a problem. Would DEFINITELY use them again. read more

This is our second year renting from Frank's Rentals and we are once again pleased with the results. The water slide is a huge hit at our family reunion. This year we added cornhole giant Jenga and a frozen Drink Machine. I thought we also rented golf but it wasn't delivered. The directions for the drink machine were a little tough to follow. The staff is very helpful and professional. Due to a miscommunication two of us actually made the water slide reservations and when I called to correct the problem they had already figured it out. Really? I have to give this sad excuse of a business 1 star. It deserves 0! Renter beware! This company rents filthy, unsanitary food service equipment that does not work! Ruined a school event and left us with hundreds of disappointed children. The owner actually claims cotton candy machines are not cleanable and that "water should never touch it." Well it's obvious water never touched this thing. It took 30 seconds to google this machine find the owners manual and read the explicit instructions telling you to use warm soapy water. Never mind the countless youtube videos on how to clean it. When informed of this the owner shrugged it off and said "well yeah if you want to take it all apart you can clean it but I'm not doing that." Really??? That's too much trouble for you the owner of the business and you have no shame in the fact your customer had to perform service and clean your equipment for you?! We finally got this filthy machine running after 2 hours of cleaning and disassembling. We made no money to offset the cost of our free school event we host. The owner was rude, unapologetic and refused to give me a full refund. Never, never, never rent from them! read more

I have used Frank's several times and the service and inflatable has always been good. hey drop off at the beginning of the weekend, and pick up at least a day after the party. My parties are usually on Sunday of a long weekend and they drop off on Friday and don't pick up until Tuesday if there is a Monday holiday. I have found the bounce houses to be clean and work well. The kids are happy and they follow through with the product. I strongly recommend. read more

Luckily my wedding went off without a hitch, but it's definitely not thanks to this rental company. The tent was supposed to arrive at 10AM, it didn't arrive until almost 3:30 for a 5:30 wedding. The tent was also supposed to be 40 feet by 80 feet and it was 40 feet by 60 feet...we had to cram 25 tables under it and they barely fit. The groomsmen had to help assemble the tent while they were in their tuxes because not enough people from the rental company came to help set up the tent. We requested linens, place settings, and glasses and only got tablecloths and dishes, no napkins or glasses. Just unacceptable service and no apologies (or refunds) were given. read more

They lie. They sold me seasoned firewood that is so wet it won't burn. When I call to tell them they told me to come and buy more that they store in a greenhouse and keep the wood I bought 3 weeks ago until next year. How is that for customer service. read more

My family and I rented a 50 ft lift to cut a tree in my family's yard. Throughout the whole day we had no stop issues with the rental not working properly and holding a charge. We reached out to them at 11am that morning, complaining of the issue. They sent someone out and they did not help solve the issue, or help resolve the problem. We had an incident and had a piece of the tree hit the rental and do some damage. On return of the equipment we notified them of the damage. They said they will be in touch with the cost to fix the cover that we damaged. We received 5 different phone calls with 4 different prices. We spoke with the owner and he said that we only needed to pay the first amount, that he personally called us about. My family lives pay check to pay check, like most people in this world. Unfortunately around that same time, my uncle was injured at work and has not been able to go back and bring in a pay check. We called and told them we agreed to pay the amount the Owner Frank told us about, we gave our credit card number to process the payment. We checked our checking account a few days later, and the Lady we spoke with Laurie or Laura process the card for more then we agreed on. We reached out to her, and lied to us, she said that we gave her permission to process more money then what we agreed on. She hung up on us and told her that its not her problem. We are now about to contacting our lawyer and our bank to stop payment on this, fraudulent charge. The customer service here sucks! Yes we did wrong on damaging the rental, we have no problem paying for the Damaged. But Don't go processing more money then what we agreed on. read more
