TL;DR: Highly recommend Puroclean as a professional, one-stop shop for demolition, mitigation, and repair. I'm a renter who recently woke up to a kitchen filled with steaming hot water from a broken dishwasher hose. My landlady contacted Puroclean because the owner is former military, and they have been the best to work with. They've worked with me as the renter to remove my personal items that were damaged by the flood, and they worked with my landlady as the owner to mitigate the structural damage. They've also dealt with the headache of two different insurance companies, which was a big help. Everyone I spoke with was professional and just super nice, especially Stephanie at the office, who answered all of my questions and treated me like I was the only person she needed to talk to that day. My main crew, Bri and Jayson, were also fantastic. They helped me sort through the damaged belongings and carried a ton of stuff up the stairs. The company arranged for everything, from industrial dryers and dehumidifiers to the dumpster and a storage pod to hold my stuff while the house is being repaired. I would recommend Puroclean to anyone who asked me. read more

Had a boiler issue which sent an invisible dusting of soot all over my house. I was so overwhelmed. From the beginning of talking with Chris, he came out and looked at it all and what needed to be done. I was put at ease. First, I had a team come out to clean Carpets and Upholstery. Second, Dina and Jess came out and cleaned every nook and cranny which had soot. Dina and Jess were awesome. They cleaned so well and was very thorough! I highly recommend PuroClean. Everyone I have worked with have been, professional, caring, empathic, and friendly. If I could give a higher rating, I would! Thank you PuroClean for everything!! Sincerely, Lisa Alves read more

Due to an unexpected loss in the family, the past few months have mostly involved dealing with estate issues. There have been a few fabulous vendors who have assisted us. I contacted Puroclean on the recommendation of another vendor (also veteran owned) to provide a deep clean of the estate house. From Raquel the project manager to Abby the office coordinator to Jason and Sosa the technicians, the whole process from quotes to final work were professional. I was satisfied and happy with the final product. If you need theses types of services, I would recommend PuroClean. read more

Having an answering service does not 24/7 service make... three times I have called no response you guys shouldn't sell something (a service) if you aren't really servicing 24/7 your lack of response tells me all I need to know about your company read more

January 27th was one of the worst days of our home ownership. A pipe burst and sent gallons of water into our ceiling tunneling some through our dining room light fixture. Eventually the ceiling let go landing on our dining room set. Within an hour of calling, Steve and Oscar were here vacuuming water from the dining and living room. Shoveling pieces of ceiling, glass and insulation into trash cans. Placing dehumidifiers and fans in the room and in the basemen. Although that was the beginning of a week of work with them at our home, they left us in good shape that night. The next day they ordered a dumpster which also arrived within an hour and began the destruction of the ceiling, then the wall and finally the original wooden floor. When all was down to the studs, the dumpster was immediately picked up. Steve and Oscar are wonderful! Each day they explained what the goal was. They answered the many questions we had. We were very fortunate to have them work in our home. I would recommend this company and especially this crew to anyone who gets in a predicament like this. Thank you so much for helping us through this unfortunate event! read more

We had a leaky roof, and after we had that repaired, two young women ("Bree" and "Honor") from PuroClean came by to mitigate the water damage that had occurred as a result of the leaking roof. From the very beginning they were highly professional, efficient, and willing to answer a variety of questions that I had about the process. First they cleared a space in the room which had been filled with furniture, after checking if that would be OK with me, and then they began their work. A bit of ceiling surgery was required to get into the crawl space/attic below the actual roof, and they carried it out beautifully. There was the possibility of a ton of blown insulation covering everything, but they were very careful, used all the right equipment to minimize the amount of insulation dust that was produced, and left the place spotless. We were utterly pleased with their effort. read more

I had a leak from my bathroom toilet shutoff. Puroclean was recommended by a friend to access & clean up any water damage. Bri came several times. She was professional & very clearly explained everything to me. Today was the final cleanup & Justin came with Bri. They were thorough in cleaning up everything. Both were super nice people. I would highly recommend Puroclean to others. read more

I work for a PuroClean in NY and recently my sister had a leak in a wall. Since it wasn't addressed quickly enough mold formed. When she asked me who should she call it was a natural to call Chris at PuroClean RI. Explaining the process and helping them through a bad situation. They now are mold free and have a beautiful kitchen. Nice to know we can count on fellow dealers to help family members when in need! read more

If it were possible to add a star I would. As a homeowner that lives out of state repairs can be be a crap shoot, however I was at ease the moment Carl answered the Phone ( yes a real person not a voicemail).Within an hour they had a mobile team dispatched and installed an air cleaner in my elderly mothers home, responding to an electrical fire. They were on the job as promised and worked with my insurance. Puroclean's professionalism is second to none read more

My second floor bathroom leaked into my first floor bathroom and all the way into the basement. What a mess! PuroClean was awesome. The took my panicked call at 4:00AM and quickly dispatched a team to take care of the problem. They were able to diagnose the problem and solution right away. I was worried we would have to take the walls down to dry them out. Thankfully they were able to dry everything out with minimal additional damage. Thank you PuroClean! read more

I would HIGHLY recommend using this company for any disaster cleanup situation. All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and truly offer the easiest, and least expensive solution to the problem. With so many other companies out to overcharge because of a dire situation, it refreshing to know that integrity is the foundation of this company! There are people who really do want to HELP in a crisis. Thank you to Chris and the entire team for all your great service! read more

PuroClean was great for us! We had a plumbing/flooding issue that left one of our bedrooms in need of a total overhaul. They acted quickly to mitigate water damage and get us dried out. They also took care of all of the rebuild work. All together, we went from water logged mess to brand new beautiful space in about 3 weeks. All of the staff responds to people well. They understand that the original disaster has you stressed out, they understand that talking to the insurance company can be a pain, and they understand that your life is a bit upside down until things are fixed. At each step they are patient, kind, empathetic, and informative. Communication and scheduling was also stellar. Most of all, it was nice to have their help in walking us through every step of the process. Can't ask for anything more. read more

I had received a quote in July and asked them if they could also pull back the insulation from the baffles, they told me they could not, so I did not get the work done. In December they called me and asked me if I still needed the work done, and I said yes, but I really need the insulation pulled back from the baffles, because that was what was restricting the airflow, and them not able to do it in July was the reason I never got the work done. They told me if I could commit to getting the work done within two weeks they would pull the insulation back for me. They also said they would give me a 5% discount. I had the work done, and they never pulled back the insulation, and charged me the full price. I called the next day and asked about the insulation and the discount. They refunded me the 5% and said that they would get back to me on the insulation, as the tech that came out was in the field. I have sense called and left messages to find out why they said they would do it, and did not, and if they were willing to come back or make this right. I have NEVER received a reply. Beware of calls twards the end of the month or year, when they may need the business and make false promises. read more
