My friend Jay put me in touch with Kim who was really easy to talk to and didn't seem too worried about money up front (which a lot of places are). So that was nice to not have to be nagged for a down payment. When they came for set up and delivery we paid cash in full and even tipped the guys since they had to come by 2x. The slide appeared new was clean and safe and easy to use. They just gave us a few easy to follow instructions and we were all set. They also had much better prices then a lot of the other places. We rented this LAST MINUTE & they were still able to cater to our wants/needs. I definitely recommend this company for a very easy rental!!!

Installation was done perfectly - 2 young guys came, set up in 30-40 minutes in the best place possible in the yard. Set up the tables and left the chairs on top as we planned to move the tables around. Linens were fine, but instead of red as ordered, they gave us white - but they returned the next day and left the red ones for use. Tent was perfect, and they came a few days after the event and took down the tent and chairs with no problem.
