Additionally, we were very stressed out because there was potential rain for our big day, and Gigi quelled all of our anxieties by offering us a last-minute tent if need be. Thankfully, the weather cooperated, but we knew that if it did not, Gigi had us covered. On top of her wonderful service, Gigi was incredibly kind to my vivacious and energetic little one who followed her around every time she came to our house. They set up a day early and took it a day later, which was nice considering we had it for a little extra. My friend Jay put me in touch with Kim who was really easy to talk to and didn't seem too worried about money up front (which a lot of places are). So that was nice to not have to be nagged for a down payment. When they came for set up and delivery we paid cash in full and even tipped the guys since they had to come by 2x. The slide appeared new was clean and safe and easy to use. They just gave us a few easy to follow instructions and we were all set. They also had much better prices then a lot of the other places. We rented this LAST MINUTE & they were still able to cater to our wants/needs. I definitely recommend this company for a very easy rental!!!
