They finally got me the vacuum (all while he barked at his employees) to get the vacuum to my car. Then...get home with my home construction project going on, to find vacuum doesn't work. Return it. The Owner is AGAIN rude and tells me he has alot going on and he "can't deal with this right now" and he will just return my money. I left...don't even want my money back. Very toxic place. And I unfortunately live down the street. Don't use this place. P.s...I have NEVER done a YELP review EVER. Good or bad...that's how bad this experience was.

Well it seems they're one of the only rentals in the area. they do their job, do not go above and…read morebeyond. They said they'd inform us 24 hours before they'd show up for delivery. They did not thankfully I work from home or I would've missed them. Which isn't the delivery people's fault so I moved my car and gave water to all the workers. When they were putting the tent up I told them they could put the stakes wherever they needed just to not touch my flowers. They spray painted 2 flowers and put a stake through one which already wasn't doing well from the heat wave so completely destroyed it. Then before they left they said they'd pick it up on Wednesday. They arrived Monday morning for pick up without any notice again. Not an issue for me but if someone needed to tent for the full paid for week or isn't home would be an issue.
