Chef Chris was very easy to deal with prior to the event and responded quickly to my emails. As he was the chef corresponding with me throughout the entire process, I was quite surprised when another chef showed up at my home. There was no notice from Chris that he was unable to attend my event. The meal was served on time though the corn on the cob was not included. There has been no explanation about why it was not served even though I saw the corn being shucked. The lobsters and steamers were over cooked. It was difficult to get the lobster meat out of the shell and the steamers were chewy. On a positive note, the corn chowder, coleslaw and potatoes were delicious! There was leftover chowder that everyone enjoyed the next day. Communication regarding my concerns following the event was very slow. It took several phone calls and an email to get a response (I did receive one voice message and then nothing). In the end, I was disappointed with the handling of my concerns and with management.
