These folks are amazing!!! We came to town for my dear Uncle's funeral. I had ordered a spray online the day before, and they informed me at 2pm that they could not deliver it in time. When we got to town we went straight to Verde and, even though they were closing in an hour, they jumped on it and created a beautiful funeral spray for us. Since it was so late, and the viewing was in a Church, they could not promise delivery that evening or the next morning in time, so they helped us with instructions how to keep it fresh overnight to bring it with us tomorrow. They stayed late so they could help us - we loaded it into our car and we will bring it ourselves. Such a kind gesture in this time of grief- above and beyond!! read more

I received flowers over the years and was very disappointed how the roses looked 3days later. I called, and they did redo them wh I appreciated, but would not recommend this company. Also, after a death, 2 baskets of flowers were ordered, dissatisfied withe the size and price. read more

Overall, they delivered an amazing product- top notch. For the price, gorgeous flowers, really never could have imagined how beautiful it could have worked out. Truly a centerpiece of my summer tables. I know nothing about flowers- but you can (more below) walk in and tell them to come up with something, and the'll do it. Best of the best, terrific value, amazing product, some in 30 minutes while I waited, bursting with color. One thing: I was treated horribly rudely. I mean- beyond what I've ever seen at a store in a long time, maybe ever. The sales people I think, and maybe a couple younger women working there, treated me with a nasty attitude. It was hard to stomach it, since I wanted their product. It's like they went out of their way to make me feel stupid, to make me feel small, to be condescending beyond how I've probably ever been treated. But besides that- it was 5 stars for the work they did- I have to be honest about that. Amazing finished product, they do incredible work, I just wish I was treated nicely. But please go here - hopefully you get the product without the rudeness, then it's 10 stars. read more

I needed flowers delivered for the same day, and this florist did such a beautiful job putting together an arrangement. I asked for them to use flowers they had in stock that were fresh, and they sent over a picture of the final arrangement. I loved the final result, the prices were in line with other local florists, and their customer service was great (I called to place the order). This is one of the better flower shops I've used, and I'd definitely use them again! read more

A million Thanks to Joanne at Verde Florist in Mashpee. After last minute cancellations from 2 other florist left me high and dry, I got her on the phone. I needed a miracle to get my ordered delivered on time. When I told her what had happened she said "Don't worry, I'll take care of you" She didn't know me from a hole in the wall , but she knew I was in trouble. She took control and handled everything. My mom and I visited the shop to order arrangements for my aunt's funeral. While the young lady who waited on us was friendly and helpful, the two women who appeared to be in charge made us feel unwelcome. We went ahead and ordered the arrangements anyway because the shop was close to the funeral home. With delivery charge we ended up paying $185 each for two embarrassingly and unacceptably tiny arrangements. This shop is obscenely overpriced. We were so disappointed and feel ripped off. I will be sure to let all of my friends in Mashpee know to take their business elsewhere. read more

65 seemed a little steep for there smallest bouquet considering that you could go to the close by supermarkets and pick one up for much cheaper. After seeing the quality it was well worth the price. Would recommend. read more

TERRIBLE! My daughter got taken advantage of for her wedding bouquet. She was charged $270.00 for her bouquet which consisted of a half dozen wilted roses, one blue hydrangea, a few filler flowers and lots of greens. The flower cost was less than $20 bucks and it looked haphazardly put together. The "toss bouquet" was a dozen white daisies and 4 purple salvia. This was the laziest bouquet I ever saw. It angers me when florists take advantage of young brides and jack up the price just because it is a wedding. Order flowers wholesale and make it yourself. A dozen roses from the grocery store would have been nicer. read more

If you are out of flowers, say you are out of flowers. I ordered an arrangement for $75, four roses with browned edges, one orchid and one lily with some greens in a small glass vase. One expensive blossom does not make up for the condition of the other flowers. I was embarrassed to have my name on this funeral arrangement.
