These folks are amazing!!! We came to town for my dear Uncle's funeral. I had ordered a spray online the day before, and they informed me at 2pm that they could not deliver it in time. When we got to town we went straight to Verde and, even though they were closing in an hour, they jumped on it and created a beautiful funeral spray for us. Since it was so late, and the viewing was in a Church, they could not promise delivery that evening or the next morning in time, so they helped us with instructions how to keep it fresh overnight to bring it with us tomorrow. They stayed late so they could help us - we loaded it into our car and we will bring it ourselves. Such a kind gesture in this time of grief- above and beyond!! read more

I haven't seen the flowers yet, but I'll explain why I'm giving this shop 5 stars off the bat. I'm in California, and my colleague lost a parent the night before. I was working with another florist that failed to find a local (East Falmouth) florist who could get an arrangement together. I cancelled that order and called around at 3:50ish eastern time on a Friday night looking for a local florist that could deliver on super short notice and within budget (good luck to me, right?!). That is where Hira at Verde Floral Design came in and saved the day. She couldn't accommodate a delivery for same day as I was just calling 50 minutes before her shop closed, but she was lovely and willing to work with an Uber Courier to take the flowers she prepared. On the phone, she was super professional and courteous, and very accommodating. I would never ask a florist to arrange for sympathy flowers on super short notice, but I had no choice and am quite happy with the lightening fast turnaround. What a save! MVP! MVP! I am sure the flowers will be gorgeous and the family will be appreciative of the love from my colleague's work family back in the Bay Area of California. If you are in a tight spot, I highly recommend Hira and her team at the Verde Floral Design shop in Mashpee. She will take care of you. read more

We worked with Hira and the Verde team for our wedding florals, and it was INCREDIBLE. We were truly floored by how beautiful, elaborate, and creative the floral designs turned out. We got so many compliments on the flowers, and it was one of my very favorite parts of our wedding. The arbor, in particular, was beyond my wildest dreams. I could not recommend working with Verde more! We will absolutely be back for any future events. Thank you Verde!!! (photos by Liesl Claire Photo) read more

I received flowers over the years and was very disappointed how the roses looked 3days later. I called, and they did redo them wh I appreciated, but would not recommend this company. Also, after a death, 2 baskets of flowers were ordered, dissatisfied withe the size and price. read more

I needed flowers delivered for the same day, and this florist did such a beautiful job putting together an arrangement. I asked for them to use flowers they had in stock that were fresh, and they sent over a picture of the final arrangement. I loved the final result, the prices were in line with other local florists, and their customer service was great (I called to place the order). This is one of the better flower shops I've used, and I'd definitely use them again! read more

Overall, they delivered an amazing product- top notch. For the price, gorgeous flowers, really never could have imagined how beautiful it could have worked out. Truly a centerpiece of my summer tables. I know nothing about flowers- but you can (more below) walk in and tell them to come up with something, and the'll do it. Best of the best, terrific value, amazing product, some in 30 minutes while I waited, bursting with color. One thing: I was treated horribly rudely. I mean- beyond what I've ever seen at a store in a long time, maybe ever. The sales people I think, and maybe a couple younger women working there, treated me with a nasty attitude. It was hard to stomach it, since I wanted their product. It's like they went out of their way to make me feel stupid, to make me feel small, to be condescending beyond how I've probably ever been treated. But besides that- it was 5 stars for the work they did- I have to be honest about that. Amazing finished product, they do incredible work, I just wish I was treated nicely. But please go here - hopefully you get the product without the rudeness, then it's 10 stars. read more

A million Thanks to Joanne at Verde Florist in Mashpee. After last minute cancellations from 2 other florist left me high and dry, I got her on the phone. I needed a miracle to get my ordered delivered on time. When I told her what had happened she said "Don't worry, I'll take care of you" She didn't know me from a hole in the wall , but she knew I was in trouble. She took control and handled everything. I give her and her shop the highest recommendation!! read more

Super rude staff including the owner. Whispering behind the counter after we asked for help. At least wait until we LEAVE the store! Good luck -- why are you so disrespectful while taking people's hard earned money? read more

My mom and I visited the shop to order arrangements for my aunt's funeral. While the young lady who waited on us was friendly and helpful, the two women who appeared to be in charge made us feel unwelcome. We went ahead and ordered the arrangements anyway because the shop was close to the funeral home. With delivery charge we ended up paying $185 each for two embarrassingly and unacceptably tiny arrangements. This shop is obscenely overpriced. We were so disappointed and feel ripped off. I will be sure to let all of my friends in Mashpee know to take their business elsewhere. read more

65 seemed a little steep for there smallest bouquet considering that you could go to the close by supermarkets and pick one up for much cheaper. After seeing the quality it was well worth the price. Would recommend. read more

They went out of their way to help me and put together a beautiful bouquet for my fiancée and I. Even though I wandered into their shop and had no idea what I wanted or needed.. AND the fact that we were eloping and getting married that day. Thanks again for everything! read more

Beautiful store and not just for the average flower arrangement. Love their hanging glass decor with succulents etc.- great place to find something for the home that is more rustic and different. I have purchased different things here for my house and when I am Looking for a gift for someone I always come here and most likely will find something. Ordered a floral arrangement a few months ago for a special occasion. They were very easy to work with over the phone and on email, and the result was beautiful. The shop was fairly easy to find, set slightly on the outer area of Mashpee Commons. I recommend and would use again! read more

Hira paid attention to details from start to finish for our son's wedding. The most beautiful, robust yet delicate arrangements for tables and bouquets for the wedding party. She went above and beyond during set up to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!!! read more

Execellent work done by this florist! Had an event this past weekend and everything was absolutely gorgeous. The amount of detail put in by the designers is impeccable. Keep up the great work, Verde!! read more

TERRIBLE! My daughter got taken advantage of for her wedding bouquet. She was charged $270.00 for her bouquet which consisted of a half dozen wilted roses, one blue hydrangea, a few filler flowers and lots of greens. The flower cost was less than $20 bucks and it looked haphazardly put together. The "toss bouquet" was a dozen white daisies and 4 purple salvia. This was the laziest bouquet I ever saw. It angers me when florists take advantage of young brides and jack up the price just because it is a wedding. Order flowers wholesale and make it yourself. A dozen roses from the grocery store would have been nicer. read more

I've gotten multiple floral bouquets from this shop and all have been beautifully arranged and high quality. The flowers are always fresh and thoughtfully packed for transportation. The ladies who work here are very nice and helpful/knowledgeable if you're unsure of what to get (especially the manager!). This place is a great choice if you're looking to impress your loved ones with beautiful arrangements! read more

If you are out of flowers, say you are out of flowers. I ordered an arrangement for $75, four roses with browned edges, one orchid and one lily with some greens in a small glass vase. One expensive blossom does not make up for the condition of the other flowers. I was embarrassed to have my name on this funeral arrangement. I would have spent more money if I thought this was what you would send. K. MacDonald read more

It was the first time that we used this florist and it was a wonderful experience. An amazing flower arrangement!

Five families spent more than $200 for a floral arrangement for a funeral. The arrangement looked like it might have come from a grocery store. it included some yellow roses, a white hydrangea, and maybe a few lillies. It was all placed in a white plastic bucket. Pretty embarrasing. read more
