I was working with another florist that failed to find a local (East Falmouth) florist who could get an arrangement together. I cancelled that order and called around at 3:50ish eastern time on a Friday night looking for a local florist that could deliver on super short notice and within budget (good luck to me, right?!). That is where Hira at Verde Floral Design came in and saved the day. She couldn't accommodate a delivery for same day as I was just calling 50 minutes before her shop closed, but she was lovely and willing to work with an Uber Courier to take the flowers she prepared. On the phone, she was super professional and courteous, and very accommodating. I would never ask a florist to arrange for sympathy flowers on super short notice, but I had no choice and am quite happy with the lightening fast turnaround. What a save! MVP! MVP! I am sure the flowers will be gorgeous and the family will be appreciative of the love from my colleague's work family back in the Bay Area of California. If you are in a tight spot, I highly recommend Hira and her team at the Verde Floral Design shop in Mashpee. She will take care of you.

When we got to town we went straight to Verde and, even though they were closing in an hour, they jumped on it and created a beautiful funeral spray for us. Since it was so late, and the viewing was in a Church, they could not promise delivery that evening or the next morning in time, so they helped us with instructions how to keep it fresh overnight to bring it with us tomorrow. They stayed late so they could help us - we loaded it into our car and we will bring it ourselves. Such a kind gesture in this time of grief- above and beyond!!

I met her months before my wedding at the Coonamessett Inn on 8/2/14 and discussed the idea of blush roses, hydrangeas, and lots of lavender accents for my wedding. I really thought that she got my vision. We decided on "distressed" pedestals for the centerpieces with hydrangeas, open blush roses, and lavendar accents. She sent me a picture of a pedestal which she said would look "really great" at the Coonamessett Inn and I could not of agreed more. The picture of the distressed pedestal was exactly what I had envisioned. I was SO DISAPPOINTED at what I got. The pedestal was bright white which did not match my ivory linens and most importantly, it looked nothing liket he distressed pedestal that she promised. The flowers only had one or two blush open roses, mostly blue hydrangeas, and no lavendar :(. The centerpieces looked like a complete after thought and not put together by a professional florist. In fairness, my bouquet of open David Austen Roses were gorgeous and the bridesmaids bouquets with hydrangeas and accents of lavendar were also gorgous. She also did a great job with the ceremony - it looked beautiful and romantic as promised.

I first went for a consultation with my family, and we loved how Tammy is so personable, and her little studio is warm and welcoming. She is very knowledgeable and personally I like how she has her stuff so organized digitally, too, it makes things very professional looking. Everything came out exact and beautifully put together tastefully. I Loved everything she did, and all the colors came out so nice on the pictures also. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
