Ordering flowers for delivery can be problematic. With Floral Esthetics it was anything but. Great…read moreservice and a wonderful result. I needed flowers for a funeral mass on Cape Cod. I live in Hawaii and couldn't attend but the rest of my family would be there so I wanted something special. I started with an email to Floral Esthetics asking for advice. Diana replied immediately and warmly. Not only did she answer my questions but she assured me they would do their very best. What they did was extraordinary. I placed the order on-line without issue. On the day of the mass I received a photo of the arrangement and, a short time later, confirmation of delivery. The response from my nieces, whose mother had passed: "Amazing!" "Stunning!" I agree. Below is a photo taken at the church. Thank you, Diana, for bringing exceptional beauty to an otherwise sad occasion. Mahalo!

The employee stated she has 20 flower orders per day and couldn't get any work done if she spent time taking pictures of each order. Here is my customer service "Tip of the day". When a customer asks you for something and it will only take 1 minute or less of your time, you should accommodate them. Especially when they are purchasing something "site unseen". 20 orders a day is 20 minutes or less a day to provide this service to your customers. Very disappointed. Remember it is your customer's who keep you in business. Also, if the customer is unhappy with the order, you will have evidence the flowers were fresh and delivered as ordered.

I was referred to Tammy by a friend of a friend....I liked that it was a small personal shop and I…read moreliked Tammy immediately upon meeting her. I met her months before my wedding at the Coonamessett Inn on 8/2/14 and discussed the idea of blush roses, hydrangeas, and lots of lavender accents for my wedding. I really thought that she got my vision. We decided on "distressed" pedestals for the centerpieces with hydrangeas, open blush roses, and lavendar accents. She sent me a picture of a pedestal which she said would look "really great" at the Coonamessett Inn and I could not of agreed more. The picture of the distressed pedestal was exactly what I had envisioned. I was SO DISAPPOINTED at what I got. The pedestal was bright white which did not match my ivory linens and most importantly, it looked nothing liket he distressed pedestal that she promised. The flowers only had one or two blush open roses, mostly blue hydrangeas, and no lavendar :(. The centerpieces looked like a complete after thought and not put together by a professional florist. In fairness, my bouquet of open David Austen Roses were gorgeous and the bridesmaids bouquets with hydrangeas and accents of lavendar were also gorgous. She also did a great job with the ceremony - it looked beautiful and romantic as promised.

I first went for a consultation with my family, and we loved how Tammy is so personable, and her little studio is warm and welcoming. She is very knowledgeable and personally I like how she has her stuff so organized digitally, too, it makes things very professional looking. Everything came out exact and beautifully put together tastefully. I Loved everything she did, and all the colors came out so nice on the pictures also. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
