They went above and beyond to save the day. I made 4 attempts to order flowers online for same day delivery. 2 I did not finish ordering because they showed they would not be delivered until the next day. 2 companies accepted payment and then reached out to cancel or modify delivery. I should have gone with Bourne Florist as my first call. They went out of their way to make sure my day was saved. Thanks so much. Wonderful workers and beautiful flowers. read more

The bouquet is absolutely gorgeous. Nicole called twice to make sure someone would be home, when she wasn't able to get through she contacted the gifter to let them know where she left it. It was such a lovely surprise. read more

Helpful, kind workers who will make you a great bouquet. My last three bouquets through them lasted from three weeks to a month. They have great selections to choose from, but I suggest calling them to tell them colors/flower choices and how much money you are willing to spend. Thank you guys for making my girlfriend so happy! You rock! read more

The flowers were okay but their actually customer service was frustrating. Chasing these guys for a receipt was unreasonable.

This is the absolute worst local florist I have ever used and never will again. I was very skeptical that the order had been taken correctly. The person taking the order was unable to understand a basic name and phone number of the order and I was left feeling unsure what would even be delivered. The arrangements were for condolences for a family member. As I suspected the wrong order was delivered. The florist called me and said they delivered the wrong arrangement and was going to go back and get it and they did. Not only at a time of grieving a person has to deal with this horrible company but they could not even spell condolences correctly. There was nothing special about the service or arrangement and would advise not using them at all. read more

I called Bourne Florist from Florida to order flowers for my sister's birthday. I was very particular about what I wanted to send and which flowers not to include. (My sister is a landscape architect and I needed them to be perfect.). My sister absolutely loved the arrangement! She said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever received! Thank you so much! Job well done and the service over the phone was excellent. read more

Stopped into Bourne Florist today and asked them if they could make a wrist corsage for my mom's retirement luncheon in fifteen minutes. Not only did they make a gorgeous corsage but the ladies were so kind looking at pictures of my mom's dress to color match and super understanding about my time crunch. My mom loved it! Five star service and product! read more

Just a quick note that I called up this morning looking to have a dozen roses delivered and not only was the arrangement very nicely done, but from the phone call placing the order to acknowledgment from that person that she had received it it all happened in less than two hours. I couldn't have been more impressed. read more

I cannot say enough about Nichole at Bourne Florist! She made my wedding GORGEOUS! From the consultation to the actual wedding day Nichole went above and beyond! It was evident upon our first meeting that she has so much talent, experience, and expertise that we knew our wedding was in good hands! Nichole took my vision and her knowledge and created arrangements, bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces that were exactly what I wanted and absolutely gorgeous. Whenever I had any questions she had excellent feedback and made valuable suggestions. Nichole's expertise allowed her to anticipate where there might be conflicts and made suggestions to help smooth out any possible crinkles that we would encounter. Nichole took great care to deliver the flowers on time and made sure that they would be safe/cared for throughout delivery between the houses, church, and reception venue. To put it simply my bouquet was my favorite thing in my wedding. Nichole added sentimental details to my bouquet and my husband's boutonniere to personalize our flowers for us. Nichole was full of great ideas to add personal touches to make our day special. She was so easy to work with, I was just so impressed! If you don't use Bourne Florist, you're crazy! read more

Found this great florist company who is near Coast Guard Station Cape Cod when I needed to pick up an arrangement in route to base. They were so incredibly helpful, sensitive to what I needed, and even delivered it to the front gate of the base to meet me there so that I was not running any later. Strongly recommend this great company and the cheerful attitude in which they worked and delivered the flowers to me with- Michael Ewing, visitor from Daytona Beach Florida read more

I needed flowers for my moms memorial service and I walked in not even knowing what I really even wanted. They took their time with me to design something around an idea and the end result was absolutely breathtaking. My mom loved flowers and these were the most perfect roses I have ever seen. The arrangement was so beautiful and even 3 days later, the flowers are still perfect. It was also great to be greeted by a friendly pup. Highly recommend this place. read more

Bourne Florist was absolutely fantastic to work with. They were lovely when speaking with them over the phone (I spoke with Tristan and Nichole), and were extremely patient when answering all my questions. The arrangement I ordered (Stunning Stems) came out beautiful, along with the bouquet of tulips I had ordered. Both the arrangement and bouquet of flowers lasted for quite some time. I look forward to ordering from them in the near future! read more

We hired Nichole to arrange our flowers for our wedding last weekend. She was very accommodating, knew exactly what I wanted (even when I was all over the place trying to describe what I wanted), very personable, and so easy to work with. Our flowers came out so much better than we could ever have imagined. She does a phenomenal job. We will use her again and will recommend her to anyone! read more

Nichole was very helpful and accommodating when I was planning my wedding in Falmouth, MA this Summer. The quality of the flowers that were delivered were exceptional. She was always very organized, and also on time for meetings. She helped me stay in my budget and figure out what I needed. The other staff in the shop was pleasant to work with too. Each of the boutonnieres and corsages were labeled with a name and everyone got theirs when they needed to. She even delivered some of the individual ones to us inside the hotel, when the rest of them were to be delivered at the church. Great job and thank you so much! I highly recommend this florist. read more

This group did a great job with Grandma's funeral flowers. We were very grateful for the thought and care that went in to the flower arrangements they made for us. Plus the dogs in the shop were great :) read more

I went here recently for the same reason that I'm guessing many people go here - I was going to the nearby Massachusetts National Cemetery for a funeral, and afterwards I decided to visit another family member's grave and pay my respects there as well. Since I hadn't been sure originally if I was going to have time to visit the second family member's grave after the funeral, I hadn't bought flowers ahead of time. It was around 3pm when I finished with the funeral and associated activities, so I really didn't have a ton of time to grab flowers and visit the other grave before it started getting dark around 4-4:30pm. Luckily, Bourne Florist is very nearby to the Massachusetts National Cemetery, and they are well versed in what types of arrangements are allowed there. The staff member working when we went by was very helpful and made a good recommendation based on both the price point we were looking for, as well as the weather conditions outside (what would freeze/wilt faster, etc.). I have no complaints and would definitely recommend Bourne Florist for anyone looking for similar products to what we were picking up. read more

I used Nicole for our Wedding this summer. She was exceptional to work with and met with me the bride AND met and worked with my mom and Aunt. She was attentive to our budget, understood what I was looking for and creative on her own. The result was extremely well priced stunning flowers. I was completely amazed with what a great job she did! The bouquets were stunning and didnt wilt from 12-10 pm and the arrangements lasted for long after. She thought of really wonderful creative arrangements like I wanted, We had billy balls, blue thistle, white peonies, rosemary, succulents and more in the bouquets and the arrangements added in more pops of color! She also delivered and arranged them for us at the site and dropped off the bouquets and boutennieres to the hotel. I can't say enough about how great she was! read more

I ordered a same day delivery bouquet for my Aunt. Nichole, who I both emailed and spoke to on the phone, could not have been nicer or more helpful. The flowers were GORGEOUS- fresh, fragrant and tastefully done, and the delivery was quick. My Aunt was SOOOO HAPPY with them. I will definitely be using Bourne Florist again! read more

Nicole was very patient with me because I went back and forth with what I wanted, but when it came down to it the roses I ordered did not come in so I had to go with an alternative rose for my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquet left much to the imagination. I feel as though I could have done a better job putting them together. One of the bouquets was noticeably smaller than the others. Also the cermony flowers were also not impressive nor where the centerpieces. For the price I paid and the type of flowers I used which were hydrangeas I was not impressed. Not to mention that she didnt even know there were light green hydrangeas so she had to consult her wholesaler and then charged me hundreds more because supposedly the lighter hydrangeas were more expensive. I would not recommend using Nicole at Bourne Florist for weddings even though she is very nice. You want to be able to count on your florist to get the flowerd you ordered and to know the different types of flowers. read more
