They went above and beyond and delivered the flowers the same day. Additionally, in very short notice they were able to change the delivery address upon my request. The person I spoke with was delightful. I explained to her what type of flowers I was looking for over the phone and when I got the picture I couldn't be happier with the results. My friend loved the flowers as well. I really like that they send you a copy of the delivery confirmation as well as a picture of the flowers. Great service all around! Next time I need to send flowers near the Hyannis area I know exactly where to call. You should do the same! This place is well deserving of the 5 stars!

I received a floral arrangement for Mother's Day 2011 delivered by Kevin's Petal Cart Florist. The…read morearrangement was ordered by one of my children who lives out of state and placed the order with a national floral service. I can say with certainty that my daughter would not have picked out the arrangement that was delivered nor would I. When you order by phone or online you need to be able to trust that what will delivered is going to be top quality. The arrangement delivered to me included a dozen or so large cream colored roses, stargazer lilies, greens and some small innocuous aster type flowers. Had Kevin's Petal cart filled the order with FRESH UNBRUISED flowers all would have been well. Instead what was delivered included bruised lilies with brown edges, roses with a less than fresh appearance. This was not an inexpensive arrangement and as such I wanted to give Kevin's a chance to remedy the situation. I first emailed Kevin's to notify them of the problem along with photos of the arrangement. I waited a week for a reply but got none. Next I called Kevin's Petal Cart Florist to let them know what they delivered was not acceptable. I was told that when a florist fills an order from an outside source that they only receive part of the total- like that justified delivering bruised flowers. The man I spoke to told me he would look for the email I sent and call me right back. He never called back, subsequent messages left by me on his answering machine also went unanswered. My daughter will not be using Kevin's Petal Cart Florist again. I will never use them between poor quality flowers and terrible customer service I've seen enough. I wish I could post an accompanying photo as seeing is believing.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Fancy Flowers by Meredith…read more After delivering the flowers for our daughter's wedding, someone from the company returned to the venue at approximately 1:30 AM and removed the floral arrangements and glassware that we had purchased. When we contacted them, they denied taking anything and even suggested we "check the venue dumpster." Thankfully, the wedding coordinator reviewed the security footage, which clearly showed the flowers and items being removed. While some of the nearly $9,000 worth of flowers and glassware were eventually returned, a significant portion was never recovered. Most upsetting of all, our daughter lost the opportunity to preserve any of her wedding flowers because they were taken without permission after the event. We hope wedding venues seriously reconsider recommending this vendor to future couples.

I was referred to Tammy by a friend of a friend....I liked that it was a small personal shop and I…read moreliked Tammy immediately upon meeting her. I met her months before my wedding at the Coonamessett Inn on 8/2/14 and discussed the idea of blush roses, hydrangeas, and lots of lavender accents for my wedding. I really thought that she got my vision. We decided on "distressed" pedestals for the centerpieces with hydrangeas, open blush roses, and lavendar accents. She sent me a picture of a pedestal which she said would look "really great" at the Coonamessett Inn and I could not of agreed more. The picture of the distressed pedestal was exactly what I had envisioned. I was SO DISAPPOINTED at what I got. The pedestal was bright white which did not match my ivory linens and most importantly, it looked nothing liket he distressed pedestal that she promised. The flowers only had one or two blush open roses, mostly blue hydrangeas, and no lavendar :(. The centerpieces looked like a complete after thought and not put together by a professional florist. In fairness, my bouquet of open David Austen Roses were gorgeous and the bridesmaids bouquets with hydrangeas and accents of lavendar were also gorgous. She also did a great job with the ceremony - it looked beautiful and romantic as promised.
