When we got to town we went straight to Verde and, even though they were closing in an hour, they jumped on it and created a beautiful funeral spray for us. Since it was so late, and the viewing was in a Church, they could not promise delivery that evening or the next morning in time, so they helped us with instructions how to keep it fresh overnight to bring it with us tomorrow. They stayed late so they could help us - we loaded it into our car and we will bring it ourselves. Such a kind gesture in this time of grief- above and beyond!!

Regardless they were the only local florist open today after the snow storm to place an order with. I needed to order a sympathy basket for a visitation at a local funeral home same day and was worried that I could not get it done last minute. When I called I spoke to the designer who assured me she could assist me in taking the order and getting it delivered within the next few hours before the visitation started. I was a little open ended with my order giving them some freedom to create something nice and appropriate. Once we established a budget that I was comfortable with I told her the colors and a brief idea of what I was looking for. I went to the service this evening there were a lot of flowers there and I found my order after reading a few card messages. I was very pleased with the arrangement that was made and delivered for me. It met and exceeded my expectations and looked great for the value I paid.
