We paid $100.00 plus a $15.00 delivery charge for a funeral bouquet with less than 10 flowers and did not include the sympathy message or correct names as we requested on the accompanying card to the deceased family. Reynolds Flowers is a hidden gem. The wonderfully designed bouquets and flower selection aside, I was pleasantly surprised by the quaint gift shop stocked with a whimsical collection of unique gifts and gourmet snacks and food, much of which is locally sourced by New England's small businesses and artisans. It is worth the trip and I visit whenever I'm in the area especially during the different holidays because the displays and gifts change with each season. Pure joy. read more

I used to use Winston Flowers in Boston for all of my flower and flower delivery needs but a few years ago I discovered Reynolds Flowers in Middleborough and now use them for everything. Most recently I had to use them for children and spouse arrangements for a funeral and Reynolds came through with the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen. They were spot-on perfect and the cost was very fair. Several other people used Reynolds for the same funeral (unbeknownst to me until I arrived at the funeral home) and they, too, were gorgeous and fresh. The finishing touch for me, though, was the fact that the Reynolds family included a very lovely arrangement of their own to commemorate the deceased. I was beyond surprised and very touched by their thoughtfulness. I love Winston's but I love Reynolds even more. Reynolds has a personal touch that can't be beat! read more

Growing up in Cranberry Country I like to spend my money where the town is when possible. I now live in Texas and send flowers home several times a year. After using a place conveniently located near DT I was in need of a new place. A old town friend recommended Reynolds so in a pinch I called and they delivered big time. I have used Reynolds Flowers for three + years now and have been very happy and satisfied. Whether it be for a last minute hello, anniversaries, birthdays mother's day or cemetery flowers Jim and his mom hit is spot on every time. Priced right and never out to take advantage of last minute items I have been happily surprised even when I have called and said something in Blue and Yellow. or Tulips tulips tulips, or an understated white on white arrangement. I wish I could say I had the same experience as I read all of the reviews from many florists in all of the surrounding areas of Middleboro and Bridgewater and chose Reynolds Flowers after comparing it to many, many other florists including on line floral places. I spent a good 2 hours to find just the right arrangement for a very special loved one who had passed and I was not able to attend the funeral due to living out of state. After finally choosing Reynolds and what I thought would be a gorgeous, unique arrangement (and I upgraded it to the most expensive one I could) I was disappointed to see that they changed the vase from a beautiful taupe colored, textured vase (that added to the charm of the original arrangement) to a harsh black ceramic vase and the arrangement didn't look at all like what I paid for. Yes, there were peach roses in it but the rest of the arrangement (hydrangeas that were not even in the original) and other flowers that were not in the original were added at what looked like fillers. It was not nearly as full as the original arrangement and really looked like it was just thrown together pretty quickly. When my son, who attended the funeral sent the picture I was deeply disappointed. I did call and the gentlemen gave me a credit but it's not about the money! It was about the fact that I wanted it to be a very special arrangement to show my deepest sympathies to the family and was so surprised when what I ordered didn't look anything like the floral arrangement I chose. I would just advise that you call and make sure it is going to look as close to the arrangement you pick and ask questions, such as do they have the flowers in the picture available? Is the vase the same (he told me he might not have the exact one but it would be similar when in fact it looked nothing like the one they used). What is the difference between the one shown and the premium arrangements? How many more flowers are in the arrangement? I cannot say it was beautiful because it just didn't look like much time was put into making it. I am saddened that I even have to write this review. read more
