On January 31st one of the coldest days we've had yet the three of us were delivered plants that unfortunately, due to the cold suffered a flash freeze, which we supplied photos of and unfortunately Hutcheon's refuse to replace all three plants. They only replaced my Plant not my two sisters. The same thing happened to all three of us and they said that they were delivered alive despite us sending photos that were taken less than 24 hours after they were delivered showing them dead. I will never, ever go there or recommend their service again after this!

I received amazing service from Joanne (sp?) and her team and I am so grateful that they were able to help during a sensitive time. After ordering flowers for the first deceased family member we were in need of another arrangement to be sent out because of another extended family member's passing. Joanne went above and beyond to ensure that our deliveries were delivered within a time window dictated by the funeral home. When dealing with a death of a loved one the last thing you would want is to have a difficult time with ordering flowers to honor them. I was throughly pleased with the service and care we received from Hutcheon's and would not hesitate to use them again for our floral needs. I even received a "thank you note" from the shop in appreciation of my business. I am very appreciative of the service I received, thanks so much Joanne and team!

They never bothered to call me or ask what I wanted. They didn't care to even ask. Thus the person wasn't home when they delivered and just got a note to call back for delivery. All is paid for I designed my centerpieces around the sample I was shown to fill my mason jars. I truly trusted them to make my vision a reality. I went to see the setup right before my ceremony and lost it when I saw my centerpieces. They looked nothing like what I was shown, and what we discussed!!! I started to cry and lost it! It put me in a terrible mood. I will attach a picture so everyone can see why I was upset! They didn't fill the mason jars like the sample at all. Reason for this review I sent two emails before the wedding even started and then a few more after. The owner said she emailed back and sent me a copy of what she sent. It was very general and told me that the woman worked really hard. That wasn't the point it wasn't what I wanted. If your not giving the bride what she asks for then the hard work doesn't mean much... does it!? My Mom called while I was on my honeymoon and Said she was going to call me and that she gave her my cell phone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited but nope!!!! Sadly I can not recommend this florist, your wedding is the most important day of your life. And the flowers made me very upset right before I said I DO:( and haven't stopped thinking about it since, gets me soo upset to even look at pictureS.

You can always expect excellent assortments of plants, fresh cut flower bouquets for a much cheaper price than the super market, and flowers. The great thing is that his fresh cut arrangements last for more than 2 weeks I've noticed when I pick them up from time to time. The great thing is that he will carry garden packet seeds in 2017 which is excellent news for a gardener like me!! I love to give my business to the locals and I definitely will always go back not because of the prices being excellent and quality of what is offered, but all for the reason of the truly exceptional service that you get from him. Plus who wouldn't like to get greeted with a flower for free?! I've been to other garden shops nearby and they have been horrible service and this definitely a place you need to stop into!
