I called Flowers and More to schedule a delivery of birthday flowers for my sister. I picked out an arrangement online and was told an adjustment would be made because some flowers were out of stock, no problem. However, when my sister sent the photo of the flowers it looked nothing like what I picked out so I called the shop. The owner got on the phone listened to my concern and agreed to send new flowers. Within hours a new arrangement was at my sister's door. It was big and beautiful and exactly what I picked to celebrate my sister's special day and my sister loved it. A little over a month ago I lost my dad. This florist was recommended by the funeral home. The staff couldn't have been nicer during such a difficult situation. They sat down with us and talked us through everything. They were very accommodating and made the process easy. Unfortunately, when we got to the funeral home the day of the wake, two of our arrangements were very brown. Notably the hydrangeas. They looked terrible. Which really bothered me b/c they were from his two children. And we really wanted them to look nice. I ended up having to pick out the brown ones and arranging the banners to hide the gaps before people came in. My moms arrangement which lay in the casket was lovely with no brown. So that was good at least. My mom called them a few days later to explain what happened. She was very apologetic and said they were probably left outside too long by the funeral home. But only offered to send more flowers. We didn't need any more flowers at this point. I feel as if she should have compensated my mom. Even just something small. My mom spent almost $800 on flowers for the service. They shouldn't have been brown. I will attach pictures. read more

Whole Foods thanks you because when I left your store on Thursday I went straight there to buy flowers and make my own bouquets. I bought the peonies, roses, and hydrangea that I ORDERED from you to replace the tired gerbera daisies, spray roses and lavender stock that you actually SOLD me. I told the person on the phone that my daughter was graduating from law school and I wanted beautiful presentation bouquets with beautiful ribbons and bows. Instead I got white tissue paper with gold polka dots with a bright purple ribbon with gold lettering , saying Flowers and More, to match my hot pink roses.. Just what every girl wants to look at when she receives flowers. When I asked the girl if she had gold ribbon to at least match the gold polka dots she went in back and came out a thin gold corsage ribbon and stated that metallic ribbon was hard to come by. You should ask Joanne Fabrics, because they have plenty. I hate to give a bad review, but I thought I would order flowers from a professional to make my day less stressful, which couldn't be further from the truth. So thanks for that. read more

Just ordered some flowers for my mom for mother's day, as she claims she's never had flowers delivered to her. I was a bit concerned that they wouldn't be delivered that same day since the order was placed at 12:05 and the cut off is at 12:00 but I called to make sure it would arrive as I planned. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and assured me that the flowers would arrive that day. Which they did indeed. The gentleman delivering the flowers was very kind as well. Not only did he deliver the flowers, but he also came back up to the door after picking up a phone book that was delivered in our driveway. The customer service wasn't the only thing amazing. I do not believe this is the correct address- they have moved to thier own building on 1A in Walpole- about 1/4 mile from the original location. Have always recieved great service and quality flowers- I don't know the first thing when buying flowers for my wife or for sympathy arrangements- they take care of that stuff and make me look good by giving me an arrangement that is always impressive. Flowers and More provided centerpieces for a retirement party that we had at a function hall. Kerri (the owner) actually helped us plan the type of centerpieces and arrangement (potted plants in baskets). They were by far the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen at an event, and the guests were complimenting them all night long. People were very happy to take one home as well. She also gave us the idea to use card holders for pictures as well and these looked perfect with the centerpieces. The price was more than reasonable given the beauty and quality of the centerpieces. this valentines day, i knew i wanted a custom arrangement. i checked out two other local florists, and neither place could order what i wanted. i checked in with carrie at flowers and more - and she was wonderful. she called me back within five minutes letting me know she was able to order the specific flowers i wanted. i think the prices may be a bit higher here than other florists in the area, but you get what you pay for. when i picked up the arrangement my jaw dropped - it was gorgeous and amazing. i don't buy flowers too often, but when i do i want something amazing, so i will definitely be back. read more
