I knew immediately I wanted to work with ABloom from my intro call. It was the first call with a potential wedding vendor that felt relaxed and fun. I hate to even say "vendor" because they are so much more than that- they were a true partner in our wedding planning process and every time we spoke it was like talking to your best friends. They are an absolute joy to work with. They care so much about what they do, and they make it fun, relaxed, and enjoyable for you....a rare and refreshing treat when planning a wedding! Throughout the planning process they ask such thoughtful, detailed questions to try to get to know each bride they are working with. They really helped me define my floral vision and then surpassed all my wildest dreams on my wedding day. The bridal bouquet they delivered to me brought me, my mom, my wedding party (and even my photographers!) to tears. It included such personal details that were special to me. For example, I shared with them that my late Grandpa's favorite flowers were Bells of Ireland. These flowers were in my bridal bouquet, and it truly felt like a piece of my grandpa was with me on my wedding day. I was stunned when I walked into our reception area. They used their insurmountable talent and creativity to turn it into an absolute fairytale with the most stunning centerpieces. They created three different types of arrangements that completely transformed the outdoor tented area into a beautiful garden party. I recently hosted a baby shower and used ABloom Studio One Twenty Three for my centerpieces and floral arrangements. I was over-the-top impressed with what they designed for me. I told them the theme of the shower was baby girl woodland animals and they created the most spectacular and extraordinary seven centerpieces I ever saw. My guests are still raving about them! I also ordered 3 large vase arrangements; one for the bar, the favor table and the place card table and all three were simply magnificent brimming with the most beautiful flowers ever. They also decorated a fireplace mantle with a stunning swag with pink flowers and greens. It all really gave the finishing touch to the shower. I adored working with the two owners, Jim and John. They were so easy to work with; all of us exchanging ideas and coming up with the perfect end result. They were both kind and friendly, yet professional and knowledgeable and paying attention to every detail. I couldn't be more happy and excited seeing it all come together. Love, love love this place. They're transitioning to new ownership and are now Abloom Studio One Twenty Three. So far I've ordered flowers for a departing coworker, a couple birthdays, and unfortunately for a funeral. A few reasons I love them: One, the flowers (duh). Amazing quality and selection and they last forever. Two, the artistry. For the funeral I had a sort of vague and non-traditional idea of what I wanted and they hit it out of the park. The arrangements were simply breathtaking and I've never seen such beautiful, huge roses. Everyone commented on how gorgeous they were. Third, the owners are the NICEST guys you'll ever meet. In summary, gorgeous flowers, amazing artistry and incredibly nice people. Janet and her husband were so enjoyable to work with and very flexible in scheduling meetings, which was especially important given that I live out of state. I provided Janet with some inspiration photos and she perfectly executed the bouquets, centerpieces, and church décor, etc. while adding in a bit of her own unique expertise. Bob and Jan, the propieters of Studio 123 on West St in Braintree are as wonderful as you can get. They always do a superlative job. Only once I asked if something could be changed. They were more than willing to accommodate me-and the results were amazing. I love driving past the store as they always have lovely displays outside reflecting the different seasons. I use them on a fairly regular basis and they never, ever disappoint. This strive for perfection is obvious in all the work they do. I ordered a corsage for prom. I went to pick up the corsage as promised and surprise they never made it or as the lady put they probably gave it away! Well that's great customer service. They made an impromptu one , mediocre, not even a single rose, limp flowers not anything as to what I ordered and proceed to charge me 32.00. I cannot say enough about Janet and Studio One Twenty Three. I needed flowers for a friend in the hospital and the surgery got postponed. I needn't have worried as Janet quickly rearranged the delivery. And then on the day of the delivery the hospital wasn't the most accommodating in accepting the flowers as the patient was still in surgery and hadn't been assigned a room yet so Janet called me immediately and we got it straightened out. Such personal service from someone who I've never met in person. I should also mention that the reason I called Studio One Twenty Three is because I received the most beautiful flowers for my birthday and they were the florist. I had an excellent experience with Janet and her husband at Studio One Twenty Three West for my December wedding! My flowers were absolutely stunning! I got so many compliments on my centerpieces and bouquets. They truly have vision with the flowers! I had visited another florist and there was no comparison. The florist from the other place was barely able to provide me with any ideas and just gave me a generic book to look at. Janet was able to show me pictures of her actual work and also pulled flowers together in person to show me. Unlike the other florist, she gave me great ideas and suggestions as well. After reading some reviews and doing some research on which florist to use for sending my mom (a former florist) flowers for her birthday I decided on studio one twenty three. So incredibly glad I did! Her flowers were delivered today and my mom raved about not only the flowers, but the gentleman who delivered the flowers, and the customer service. First of all she said that her flower arrangement she received was the hugest, most gorgeous, amazing arrangement she has ever laid her eyes on. Being in the industry for a long time she can calculate how much an arrangement is worth by the stems and she was given a lot for the money. Not only that, but she received a call from them to coordinate when she would be home because it was too cold for the flowers (0°). Then the delivery guy showed up on time and was absolutely amazing. She said he patted her on the shoulder and said happy birthday. This has been a very tough tough time for my mother and these flowers made her whole week.
