First time doing business with these folks was unfortunately for a funeral. The wake was on a Monday and I called Friday end of the day and they took my order professionally and promptly. The arrangement was $115 and worth every penny. When we arrived at the wake the flowers were just beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The arrangement was brought to the cemetery the next day and placed in front of the casket and they were still so beautiful and many complimented on the colors and freshness of the flowers. I called Diersch to place an order for flowers to be picked up at the last minute during a busy time. They took my order on a Friday night, confirmed back in a few and flowers were ready the next morning. In spite of being incredibly busy, not only was the florist incredibly kind on the phone, he was kind enough to check on the availability of flowers and they were actually able to get the order delivered on time, which went above and beyond, for which i was very, very appreciative! Further, the flowers were gorgeous & fresh, they lasted a very long time. Their website lists a 24 hr number and true to that i called up on a Friday night at 8 PM. They in fact returned my call and were kind enough to take my order. I dropped a star coz when i visited them to pick up the flowers i was also intending to buy another bouquet that they might have in the store but they were pretty busy and told me that they had none.
