Family business. Attentive. Good selection. Great prices. They used to have a place downtown as well. This location is more convenient. The manager / owner Rick is the guy to talk to for larger/peculiar/important stuff. Great local business. read more

Have used a number of florist across the State... simply the best bar none. The extra touch is the average service.

I had a great experience with Exotic Flowers. The ordering, selection, and delivery was seamless. The flowers themselves were great. They impressed my poor wife recovering from Covid who's not easily impressed. I would not hesitate to use again. read more

I ordered flowers for an event and was easily able to place the order over the phone. Their website is great since it gives you an idea of sizing and what vases are available so you can really provide details if you have a certain idea in mind. My instructions were "seven of the same arrangement, small size, square clear vase, and pinks & greens w/ a little white" and the flowers/arrangements were perfection. They are for an event in which I've received multiple arrangements from Winston's and they are just as gorgeous. I cannot wait to order more arrangements from Exotic Flowers! read more

UPDATING REVIEW: I contacted the Florist and their Customer Service was outstanding... Due to their response, I am updating to 4 stars. They are replacing the arrangement tomorrow. I ordered an arrangement to be sent. I wanted a desert theme as I live in Arizona. The arrangement received looked nothing like the picture and was very sloppily done. This was for a dear friends celebration of life and, as she had always wanted to visit Arizona, thought it would be appropriate. Now I am just embarrassed. read more

It wasn't what I expected.. I ordered this flower for Mother's Day for a friend and I know it might be some changes due the the current situation now and you might have not all the flowers showed on the webpage but at least if you are going to substitute it do it with something colorful and worthy .. no some dry colors, those roses looked like if they were dying.. disappointed .. read more

I asked for help as I had no idea how to get flowers to New England Baptist for a dear friend of mine who had surgery. Exotic Flowers was recommended and I am so happy with my choice. The person answering the phone was so accommodating, so helpful and told me flowers would be delivered that day. Although I couldn't see her, I heard from her husband that everyone who saw the flowers marveled at the care taken to produce such a beautiful bouquet ( I had left the choice to the florist). Thank you for all your help and for your incredible talent at flower arranging. Amazing you were so wonderful to deliver the day I called. Highly Recommend this florist! read more

Exotic flowers did an amazing job on both my daughters flowers my youngest had the purple tulips and my oldest had the white roses and the look phenomenal. Ordered flowers for a friend's birthday. I wanted something cheerful and beautiful and that's exactly what was delivered. My friend was happily surprised and sent me a photo of them. Not surprised that Exotic Flowers has a great reputation in the area. So glad I read reviews and chose them. Called to order flowers for casket for mother-in-law's funeral. Told me they were committed to Mother's Day today and to look at their website. Said I did and know what I would like. Told to call back tomorrow between 10 and 3. I can't until later. Didn't even get a "Sorry for your loss" or a special phone appointment after hours. That is how they treat the grieving? read more

If I could give no stars, I would. My family and I use to buy flowers at Exotic Flowers all the time. But after today, I might have to take my business elsewhere. Today is my grandmother's memorial. I wanted to put special flowers for her today. But when I asked if a special arrangement could be made, the old lady at the counter said, "What for? You can get a $10.00 one." She made the experience so painful and unbearable, I walked away with a wooden cross. Never again will I step in there. I took my business down the street. read more

WOW! I can't believe that Exotic FLowers hasn't been reviewed yet. This florist is excellent. I've been using them for years the delivery is always on time and the arrangements are always filled with fresh flowers. The online ordering is easy and the customer service is professional and friendly. One example was when I ordered flower arrangements for a gathering I was having and I forgot about one table they came back that same day with the arrangement even though it was beyound the time they normally deliver. read more

I've never been to this place before but I always see it while driving down American Legion so I decided to stop in today for flowers to create center pieces for a party. As I enter into the empty flower shop, the older woman who worked there was hesitant to greet me, she eventually came down near the register. I informed her I was looking for flowers to put inside of a mason jar for center pieces, I showed her a picture off of Pinterest. She looked at the picture and replied, "those shrubs cost about $30." I said, "Do you have any pre-arranged bouquets I may be able to use?" She replied again mentioning money, "those bouquets cost a minimum of $40" and informed me that she would not be the one to design the center piece, I would have to do it myself. Mind you, I never asked about the price OR asked if she would arrange the center pieces for me. I was there gathering flowers for a DIY project. During the entire interaction from her distasteful greeting to her purposely unhelpful demeanor I turned around and left the establishment. I was extremely disappointed by their unprofessional and frankly rude disposition. I'm not sure if they are not accustomed to working with people of color, it could have been culturally shocking for a young woman of color to enter their shop? It's unfortunate my experience at Exotic Flowers was sooo terrible I had no choice but to write a review about this horrible experience. read more

These flower and plant experts are fantastic. I used them for my wedding (years ago, before I was a yelp-er), and they provided me exactly what I wanted at a very affordable price. Yesterday, I needed to send some flowers to a friend in the hospital, and spoke to a helpful, kind person on the phone who let me use one of the photos of their arrangements as a starting point, but modify it to my liking. These guys can do anything, and I'm always confident it will be beautiful. Five stars for being an independent business knocking it out of the park! Thanks, Exotic Flowers! read more

Highly impressed with Exotic Flowers! I originally contacted another flower shop in the area and they were unable to accommodate my request for same day delivery so they graciously referred me to another shop in the neighborhood-Exotic Flowers! I was in the car so didn't really have a chance to read any reviews-I just decided to go for it. From beginning to end, it was an easy, seamless process, and the picture I got of the arrangement was beautiful! I actually didn't even specify what I wanted, I just told them the price range that I was hoping to be in and they gathered from my note that it was a get well occasion. Ordered at 11am, they were delivered at 2pm, my sister-in-law loved them! Will def be using them again!! :) read more

Exotic Flowers never disappoints. The flowers are always beautiful. I've had to call in orders a few times and the service has been great and I've also ordered online without a problem. No issues with delivery and they will work with your schedule needs if they can. They are more expensive than going through a FTD or Pro-flowers, but you absolutely get what you pay for. I've been using Exotic Flowers for Valentine's day, birthdays, and other occasions for several years now. They have consistently created arrangements that are pleasing and have always delivered when promised. They've also retained information about my preferences, so I don't need to tell them every time I call. It's probably a bit more expensive than some other florists, but being able to count on the quality has been worth it for me. read more

I went in looking for help getting an arrangement for a funeral. A woman in the back called me to her cubicle and asked what I was looking for. I showed her a picture from their own website and asked if i was correct that the photo was one of their arrangements (i had screenshotted a few photos from multiple local florists), to which she shrugged her shoulders. She then referred me to a man who was at the desk. I showed him the same photo, he confirmed that it was indeed from their website. I told them I was hoping to get a funeral arrangement for four days out and asked if they could do something with a bit more greenery and fewer flowers than the photo. He assumed I meant green flowers, and I explained that I liked the white flowers but with some more leaves and green, not flowers. He then asked if i wanted a live plant, to which I again explained that I just wanted a floral arrangement similar to the photo on their website but with more greenery (leaves on stems, vines, etc). They told me they could do that, so I asked if they had some pictures of something similar so I could get an idea of what the final arrangement may look like, to which I was laughed at and told no because no one asks for that. I left and went to a different place where I was treated with humility, understanding of the situation, and respect. The first thing that the new florist said when I told them the occasion I needed flowers for was "I'm sorry for your loss." That is how it should be. read more

I will be away for Mother's Day so I wanted to make sure I got an arrangement off to my Mum before I left the country. I googled "Flower Delivery" and Exotic Flowers came up---I took a look at the arrangements and was impressed. I placed an order and hoped for the best. I was so pleased when I opened my email this evening (it's evening here) and saw this email from my Mum:" If you can imagine the most gorgeous, and I do mean gorgeous and huge arrangement of lovely flowers...well that's what arrived this morning from my daughter..having a hard time keeping the tears away..tears of happiness for having a daughter that would do such a thing .. Even the man that delivered them was stunned at how beautiful the arrangement was". I called Exotic Flowers to order a funeral spray for my uncle's funeral. I chose the "Heavenly Grace Spray" and asked that they not use too much pink since the flowers were for a man's funeral. The woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful and even gave her condolences which I thought was very kind. The flowers they prepared very lovely! The spray was very beautiful and full of healthy flowers, and they incorporated a dark purple carnation which gave the arrangement a masculine touch. I thought they did an absolutely wonderful job. I couldn't be happier and will definitely return to Exotic Flowers the next time I'm in need of a florist. read more

Follow-up: despite the rude customer service I must say that the second bunch of roses actually lasted for a good week and smelled lovely compared to the first Valentine's Day bunch.
