Flowers for my daughter for Valentines Day. I have bought her flowers every year and she has been married for 8 but is still my daughter. The selection here is very nice and they seem to devote attention to detail and some of the presentations are quite creative. Ordering was simple and efficient. I spoke to the person on call at the shop and she was helpful and simpatico. Sorry I forgot her name. The only reason this is not a five star is I specifically asked for the flowers to be delivered around noon or before they did not arrive until 455pm. Nevertheless my daughter loved them. These folks have the most gorgeous, creative arrangements I've ever seen. I often send bouquets from Forevermark to family who live in the surrounding area and each time they've called gushing about the flowers, commenting about how beautiful and fresh they are, and talking about how wonderful the arrangement is in terms of color, style and creativity. Everyone reports back that the arrangement seems to last a long time, so I take from that that they must be fresh. (Once, a family member loved them so much they kept the flowers displayed until many months after they dried out, as they were still beautiful even as a dried arrangement.) In my experience, Forevermark has great customer service as well. Once, the owner Vivian, called/texted me when some flowers for a particular arrangement I'd chosen weren't available and we agreed on replacements together. She even sent me pictures of what was going to be sent to my mom once the arrangement was done. That was when the shop was a little 'younger' and not quite as well known so I don't know if they still do that, but every interaction I've ever had with them has been professional and warm. read more

Vivian and team did an amazing job with the flowers for our wedding! I knew that I wanted more modern, yet elegant floral arrangements for the wedding. We sent her some photos for inspiration and she ran with it. We knew we needed a few bouquets and boutonnieres, as well as garlands for table decor and some accents for our arch. A few weeks before the wedding we asked if she could also do some additional floral accents and she was able to add those. Everything turned out beyond our expectations, and our guests raved for weeks after the wedding about how beautiful the flowers were. Some of the dahlias in our arrangements were even grown by her, and she was willing to deliver to our venue. Imagine my surprise to receive an exquisite array of 70 tulips (parrot, carnivals, peppermints, variants of pinks, and whites with a few yellow tips) were delivered to my front door yesterday - in honor of my 70th birthday! Virtually-designed by my very hard-to-please two sisters and very demanding daughter (in France) in an attempt to make my day a festival of tulips for my own eyes (I'm an art director, myself and VERY VERY hard-to-please), these amazing tulips stepped me right into a Rembrandt or Vermeer painting, without me leaving my lockdown here in Brookline, MA! I wanted to get a floral lei for my graduation ceremony back in May, and initially planned to order one from Hawaii. However, none of them would arrive fast enough, so I called Forevermark asking if they could make a lei. Even though it wasn't listed on their website Vivian let me know that it was possible to make one, and only a day or two later, I was there to pick up my order. It was a beautiful lei of pink peonies and (I think, apologies if I'm wrong) white orchid flowers, finished with an adorable pink bow. When I cam to pick up, Vivian also showed me photos of her daughter trying on the lei because she liked it so much-- and for good reason as it was gorgeous! Overall, the price I paid was very reasonable, the order was completed quickly, and I was so happy with the service I received. Our synagogue requested a last-minute change in the flowers, and Vivian was able to accommodate their request quickly and with no extra charge. Hands down the best Florist I have ever been to, worked with, or spoken to. Vivian is intelligent, attentive, and a true artist: she worked as an interior designer before making a foray into flowers (which I know as she's been so wonderful and easy to talk to whenever I go into the shop) and it's clear that she is an expert in color theory and design. I get my girlfriend flowers once a month (and have done so for the past 2 years), and have not ONCE been disappointed with the price, flowers, or the longevity. Vivian is honest, straightforward, and is so easy to work with that I keep coming back for more. Seeing her, her kids, and her assistant always makes my day and is a good sign that I'll be walking out with a beautiful bouquet. I've also seen her prepare for weddings and special events and can only imagine that her skill and attention to detail - as well as commitment to wonderful flowers - translates perfectly to larger orders as well. Absolute hidden gem and so happy to have found this shop. I walked in before hours and was thrilled to see Vivian and her mom had opened up the shop early to get ahead of orders.
