NO communication from Brasco's REGARDING my special instructions could not be met. Received a notice flowers were delivered. I waited and waited to receive confirmation from my Mom. Nothing, over 2 hours. I called the Nursing Home and guess what, the deliver guy did a drop and go. Did not request permission to hand deliver to the room. Did not inquire to deliver to the room. Verified from the receptionist, not once but twice. Called Brasco's and the person said, "I'll speak to the driver". That was his reply. Not even a sorry and let me reimburse you for the failure of direct delivery. How many years had my mother had a relationship with Brasco's Florist, too many to count. UNACCEPTABLE, I WILL ONLY TELL PEOPLE NOT TO ORDER FROM BRASCO FLORIST EVER AGAIN. read more

My sister called the same day and placed an order to be delivered to Sandwich and they took the order. I purchased a birthday bouquet ( premium/74.99 ) for delivery. What was delivered was a pile of half dead crap from a leftover funeral ( Brasco funeral Parlor across the street ). Carnations, no color gerber daises and one rose. the picture shows a peony, lily and many roses. They gave me a credit for 20 bucks. Lame. Hey Brasco, at least try! Customer service zero, product zero...can;'t imagine what they do to the corpses at their funeral parlor. Shame on you and thanks for embarrassing me on a bouquet I would't send to a blind dog. read more

I got married this past April and Keith did a beautiful job on my bouquet, the flowers for my bridal party, the centerpieces, and my chuppah decorations.
