Very responsive customer service. I had ordered a 2-stem orchid for Valentine's day and by mistake we received a 1-stem orchid. I let Yiannis know about the error and the next day Jayne's delivered a second 1-stem orchid, so instead of one 2-stem orchid we ended up with two beautiful 1-stem orchids, a combination that would have cost me quite a lot more had I ordered it in the first place.
