I would AVOID this place! We use this floral shop as our wedding vendor, Bridget is the owner who failed our expectations. We paid her ahead of time in full almost a year before our wedding. We went to her store once in person discussing details, and emailed/texted back and forth so many times to update and confirming details. On the day of our wedding, 50% of the work was missing. She told me it was never being discussed on the final call. We are very pissed that she blame us for the mistakes she made, so I sent her the proof that our text/email records of "wedding cake decor, welcoming sign decor" etc, and she never replied to us, not even an apology. I took a chance using this florist for some last minute arrangements for my father's 80th birthday party. I went to 2 other shops first, who told me that they were unable to provide the arrangements I wanted. I needed very specific color arrangements for the cake table (I had sample pictures of what I was looking for). When I went into this shop, I was just about ready to give up. But Bridget said that she could do what I wanted "no problem". When I went to go pick up the arrangements the next day, I was beyond happy about the arrangements. They were gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend this shop. The arrangements were lovely and very well priced. I'm so glad to know that I have a go to florist now. read more

I ordered peach roses with a glass vase, the "email confirmation" sent to me viewed yellow roses in a wood vase.... I was shocked and very disappointed! I was going to use 1-800-flowers, though a few local Boston friends recommended this florist! This is down right, false advertisement! If a replacement is needed call the customer. We used Centre Pieces for our wedding flowers and Bridget was great - professional, quick to reply to email, flexible to work around our schedule for meetings, and very willing to adapt to our needs for lightly or non-scented flowers (so as to prevent certain family members from sneezing all night!). This place offers the worst possible service anyone could ever imagine. The primary owner and florist had such a poor attitude when we tried to work with her for the floral arrangements for our wedding. She didn't take any of our suggestions nor did she end up creating the arrangements that we wanted for our wedding. If I could go back in time, I would have paid a little more to go somewhere else in order to get what I wanted than someone who caused unnecessary stress on our wedding day. read more

Gorgeous arrangement and I know that because of the photo they sent, which is a great bonus - I love seeing the final product. When my friend was going to have surgery in a Brighton hospital I checked online reviews to find a local florist and chose this one because of the positive reviews. What a GREAT choice! Not only was the arrangement beautifully done, but the personal service I received was truly extraordinary. My friend was very late coming out of surgery and the hospital refused to accept the original delivery attempt, but Bridget stayed in touch by email that evening and again first thing the next morning to keep me informed every step of the way.
