Basic arrangement when deluxe ordered. Terrible customer service. Second floral delivery; second disappointment. Yellowish rimmed roses both times; less flowers used than picture shown; basic arrangement; No knock at the door, either. I called and emailed about our disappointment the first time; no response. I called today and was lectured on using the terrible Teleflora channel chosen by my kids; told I was wrong about what I saw; was told my college kids' orders would be 'rejected', next time. was guaranteed early delivery in a specific time frame, but instead they showed up after hours and ruined valentine's day surprise. then i had to deal with getting the flowers from my wife's work as she was already gone for the day. the one day i would expect these places to bring their A game as you're obviously paying the price on this day. called and got a refund but also got earful of excuses about them being small and valentine's day being very busy for them... then limit how many deliveries you accept if you can't handle it. and since then i've been spammed 3 times in less than a week even though i never signed up for any bs emails. read more

My Favorite local flower shop! Previously, I purchased arrangements from the old Whole Foods until they closed. So happy the very talented owners opened their own business right across the street. They're very friendly and helpful selecting arrangements. They reminds me of Winston flowers without the Winston price tag. Beautiful, elegant, and affordable! Their flowers are fresh and they last. Delivery is $10 (with $40 minimum) to surrounding towns. Wayland, Sudbury, Weston, Lincoln,Framingham, and Concord. Parking on the side and small lot behind. read more

Flowers were delivered from Post Road florists and left outside the garage door with no overhang. There was no cellophane or wrapping on the flowers on a cold day .There was a covered porch a few steps away but the delivery person chose to leave them out in the cold and rain. I called Post Road. Florists to explain that when I got home the flowers were wet and partially frozen. They explained that they were very busy with a funeral order and would get back to me. After two phone calls they never did and I threw the bouquet out . It is my first experiencei with Post Road Florists and no doubt my last. Needless . to say I was both disappointed and dismayed. read more

It was Valentines Day of course and I had to find some flowers ASAP. I had never been here before even though I live in Wayland. I was met by a very nice lady and she helped me pick out a beautiful bouquet for my wife. I also got a stuffed bear . Great place and great staff! read more

Post Road has done a wonderful job for ourselves and for multiple members of our extended family, whether it's been custom table decorations for a large party, or traditional arrangements for a funeral, or something to be delivered to a private home. Well, My son, on whose behalf I ordered the last bouquet of flowers for his girlfriend at Wellesley, asked for this Florist Information again. She had been so pleased with the first bouquet that was ordered from Post Road Flowers! That speaks volumes about the quality and overall experience. I had called another highly rated florist in Natick and the person really couldn't be bothered with me. This florist had more selection and was very pleasant to deal with. I have been going to Joline for many years... back to her days at Whole Foods. I was thrilled when she hung up her own shingle and stared her women owned business just across the street, still in Wayland! Joline is a very creative designer and a pleasure to work with! I consider the quality and creativity to be on par with Winston's without the full price tag. I purchase flowers from her at least twice a month and am never disappointed. Post Road Flowers is my "go to" place for a hostess gift too. Her succulents are lovely and healthy. Friends go back to purchase more. Stop in and you too will be a regular. read more
