When I needed to order a floral spray for my husband's Celebration of Life, I called FJ Luxury Flowers. I asked for a large blue and white arrangement. The person on the phone was very kind and helpful. The arrangement that was delivered to the funeral home was not blue and white. It was mostly white with a little bit of purple. Though it wasn't what I'd asked for, it was still beautiful. I would absolutely use this florist again, and highly recommend them.

We went in here when we were going in every store in the Natick Mall which is what we usually do when we go to the mall, when Barbie is with me anyway (hence the we). We talked to the flower girl a little bit. Super friendly, and legit deadass one of the friendliest people we met in this mall. Someone finally answered the driver's phone & said he'd check where the driver is. An hour and half later no flowers, no one answers the phone. Someone paid to send me flowers that were to be delivered yesterday! They promised delivery today and did not show. Don't waste your money with a business this irresponsible. If they don't want/can't deliver on holiday weekends send the order to someone reliable.

The flowers were in remembrance of my father in laws passing and were a day late. I thought about canceling...I should have. I carefully chose the Sweet Peace Bouquet, beautiful blue and white arrangement, with Casablanca Lilies, Delphinium, Daisies and Roses. There were 3 roses, that do not look very alive and NONE of the other flowers and NONE are blue. I was so embarrassed when my mother in law sent me a picture of the flowers she received I didn't even know what to say to her. I have read other reviews(after receiving this hideous arrangement), in which Viva's response to reviews such as mine is " if you didn't want us to substitute you should have said that." My response to that is...Why have a customer be able to choose what they want, if you are just going to make what ever you feel like making anyway? Terrible arrangement, terrible service, and definitely not worth what I paid! I would like a refund actually.
