This is a secret, cute florist inside the mall in Natick - I'm not sure why I think it's secret and cute, you can blame my voice dictation for that, I guess - which is expensive, after all it is in the mall, and it has good products and friendly service. We went in here when we were going in every store in the Natick Mall which is what we usually do when we go to the mall, when Barbie is with me anyway (hence the we). We talked to the flower girl a little bit. Super friendly, and legit deadass one of the friendliest people we met in this mall. I guess if we were the kind of people that wanted to order flowers a lot then we would probably be the kind of people that could afford to order flowers at any given price, so maybe the prices wouldn't bother us so much.

I can't walk past this store without getting a few too many goodies - it's not good for my wallet at all. Favorites here are the milk chocolate bark with pistachios, the strawberry stick, and far too many of the praline truffles. I'm not a big fan of dark chocolate and much prefer milk, even though the milk chocolate at most places tends to be cloyingly sweet - Laderach gets it right, not overly sweet but still rich. If you get a box of this chocolate, know that whoever gifted it truly cherishes you! Depending on who's manning the counter, you may be lucky to get some samples.

When I corrected her that it's my turn, she rang up my purchase and asked if I wanted to pay that many dollars. Very disappointed with this experience.

They care more about their numbers than they do their customers. Brookstone is completely blind-eyed to this particular store's intentions. Well, folks, big numbers means a refusal to return items.

I tried to work with the individual behind the register to just return the product, and put the money back on the card that I used to buy it. Well, I used one of the mobile payment apps, and they were unable to figure it out. Their systems are clearly antiquated - but good customer service could have easily worked around that. Nope. They made a scene, got corporate involved, and said that although they processed the refund, we may not get our money. Not quite sure what to make of that. So, I called our credit card company to dispute the charge. I'll send documentation that the store provided to prove I gave the product back. Another purchase I should have just made online. Sigh.

The old version of the mall was good as it grew with time growing up with it. The store just got better and replaced with no better stores and more high-end stores. Natick Mall has really changed since when I was a child. It still at heart is a mall, but now it…read morehas lots to offer. I think the most prevalent thing I've noticed is how there are a lot of entertainment options now. Dave and Busters was the first to open, followed by Level 99. Now there's also a Puttshack and a Bosee Pickleball club. I think this adds a layer because it turns into "just a mall" to a social gathering spot where you could shop, eat, or have fun. There's something for all ages with this. Now when it comes to the shopping, there's still your average clothing stores, there's beauty and jewelry stores like Sephora and Pandora, and also a Macys if you want a department store. There's also a wing with more high-level luxury stores, like a Zara, Louis Vitton, Tiffany, and David Yurman. I think this area is nice if you want luxury but not to travel into Boston. There's a lot of empty stores in this wing too so hopefully they get filled soon. Food options are good too, they have a food court, Cheesecake Factory, P.f. chang's., California Kitchen pizza, and the food inside of the entertainment places too. Overall this mall has been renovated a lot, and I think for the better. It encompasses a lot and you don't have to come here just to shop, but you can if you'd like. I will say though they have plenty of parking which includes free garages, people are still unkind around the holidays and you might be circling around for a while before you find a spot. Parking is always hard here no matter what and I know people who avoid this mall because of it, which is sad but I get it. I heard if you come on a weekday morning it's better.
