She worked with my inspiration boards and talked to me about ways we could adapt the designs to meet my budget. When I told her I couldn't afford centerpieces, she told me how to DIY them. She went so above and beyond during the preparation phases, that I had no anxiety when it came to my wedding day. The wedding day was incredible. Mary Ellen showed up with her team and made magic happen. She created a stunning 8ft floral hoop backdrop for the ceremony that we reused for the photo op during the reception. She even stuck around during the ceremony to help move the location of the hoop afterwards! The bouquets were stunning. She was only there for 2 nights, so by the time I got online it was a bit last minute since I knew she'd be discharged the next afternoon. It was after business hours when I placed the order, so I left a little note asking if it could be a priority delivery. They delivered it at a little after 9am the next morning! My niece LOVED the chocolate-covered strawberry bouquet (which she proceeded to eat for breakfast). Also, I realized later that they'd neglected to deliver the little bear that I had ordered to go with the arrangement. I called the company and a driver dropped off the bear to my niece within the hour. Again, really appreciated the great service and attention to detail. One of the things I liked most about this company as a busy working gal - you can accomplish everything online without having to get on the phone. This seems like it should be pretty commonplace, but I'm not just talking about placing the order. They replied to my emails in real time, verifying that they could do a priority delivery and straightening out the whole teddy bear incident. I just love dealing with companies where it does not feel like your email disappears into cyberspace when you send it. Great job, I will be back!

Dont bother with delivery. Staff is lazy. Tried three separate occasions to get delivery out to…read morewestborough. The first time i ordered at 2pm and they called and said it was too late in the day. Fine. I tried again the following week. Ordering much earlier at 9am. They called and said "oh we already sent someone to westborough today so we cant do it." They had literally all day but whatever. The next week i called as soon as they opened and asked if they could do it before placing the order. They said yes. So i put the order in and waited. Hours later i get an email saying the order was canceled. Apparently the delivery driver couldnt find the big brick building and was too lazy to call me so they just left and canceled the order. Never using this store again. Would give zero stars if i could.

If you like throwing money away, these guys will help! Went in just last month with one of my cars…read morebecause the right-side rear breaks were screeching (had gotten new rear breaks here about 9 months ago). The owner, Kamil who is very nice wasn't there so this kid that looks maybe 20, inspected the car. He said I needed...yep, rear breaks, but that I also needed the pads replaced so it'd $300. I paid & all was well. I don't use car much except when it snows, but used it today & I heard the same screeching sound from....the right rear! When I got there (a little upset), the kid assured me it was the FRONT breaks without even looking at the car. I told him I may be a girl that doesn't know much about car mechanics but I know where the front & rear of the car are! He asked me to wait inside and about 20 min later, came to tell me it was the... (drum roll).... REAR RIGHT BREAKS....and that the caliber had rust that caused it to freeze. Ummmm, I'm no PhD or anything but doesn't rust take a while to form and THEREFORE he should have seen that just 3.5 weeks ago!?! He said no, everything was fine then but now he had to RE-DO the breaks, pads and caliber for $400!!! So, he made a mistake of "not noticing" rust when he did a crap job 3 weeks ago & now, instead of fixing it (minus the caliber which I'd pay), he wants me to do it all over again! Of course I was upset asking him questions & he got an attitude so I asked to leave. I waited inside while he put the tires on, lowered the car & GOD KNOWS what else because now, the car has a CONSTANT screech, even when I am in Drive or Reverse!!! So within 25 min it suddenly got worse!?! Wow, worst service I've ever seen in any automotive places. It should be illegal to run a business this way!
