I contacted Creative Florist in May to arrange funeral service flowers. I called the store as I had…read moresome questions- the person I spoke with was helpful and professional and after answering my questions I let her know that I would be submitting my order through their online form. I then purchased a floral bouquet and an urn adornment totaling $297.50 to be delivered 6 days later. I received an email with my order confirmation and an email confirming delivery 4 days later. The day of the service we arrived to find no flowers. The funeral home director promptly called Creative Florist who said they had no record of our order. I showed the funeral home director my order confirmation and delivery confirmation and he communicated the details of our order to Creative Florist. They then put together a floral arrangement and a wreath (not an urn adornment) and managed delivery about halfway through calling hours. While the flowers we received were nice and we appreciated their quick response, they were not of the quality I'd paid for. I emailed Creative Florist a few days later to ask about the miscommunication and for a refund of the cost difference between the flowers I'd ordered and what was delivered. I received a quick response from Sue saying the flowers actually had been delivered and the confusion was due to the way I filled out the order form. She apologized and said she would be back in touch the following day. In receiving that message we reached back out to the funeral home director who insisted that no flowers were ever delivered. Since then I have contacted Sue 3 times and have heard nothing. I was patient as I know May and June are very busy times for florists but it has been two months without response or resolution. I want to reiterate that I appreciate how quickly Creative Florist was able to get floral arrangements to our service. The reason for this review is not because of a mistake but because of the lack of response and accountability since.
