I shared my vision of a unique, mushroom and moss themed bouquet for my wedding day. Sharen imediately started coming up with idea after idea for me. A few months later I met with them for a consult at the Oxford location. Sharen and her daughter helped me through so many choices including picking the exact color roses. She special ordered preserved shelf mushrooms for the bouquets and found adorable foam mushrooms for the boutonniere . The pricing was the best I found especially for such unique items! On the wedding day they delivered and set up several gorgeous arrangements as well as the wedding party's items and of course my bouquet. It was hassle free with no issues and displayed so beautifully in the room I was getting ready in. The flowers were gorgeous and oh so unique! What first caught my eye were the fair prices; unlike other places that were charging an arm & a leg. However, it's not like anyone could tell because the flowers were absolutely beautiful & lavish!!! I asked Sue if she had any other arrangements I could purchase & she led me to a refrigerated room with more stunning options. I picked up another arrangement, & brought my boyfriend here a few hours later so he could buy 2 more sets for his friend's mothers'. Sue even made sure the flowers were up to par by replacing some roses with fresher ones. She was so patient & accommodating! I'm glad I found a high quality florist shop within a ten minute drive away. Needless to say, this is my new go to!

I contacted Creative Florist in May to arrange funeral service flowers. I called the store as I had…read moresome questions- the person I spoke with was helpful and professional and after answering my questions I let her know that I would be submitting my order through their online form. I then purchased a floral bouquet and an urn adornment totaling $297.50 to be delivered 6 days later. I received an email with my order confirmation and an email confirming delivery 4 days later. The day of the service we arrived to find no flowers. The funeral home director promptly called Creative Florist who said they had no record of our order. I showed the funeral home director my order confirmation and delivery confirmation and he communicated the details of our order to Creative Florist. They then put together a floral arrangement and a wreath (not an urn adornment) and managed delivery about halfway through calling hours. While the flowers we received were nice and we appreciated their quick response, they were not of the quality I'd paid for. I emailed Creative Florist a few days later to ask about the miscommunication and for a refund of the cost difference between the flowers I'd ordered and what was delivered. I received a quick response from Sue saying the flowers actually had been delivered and the confusion was due to the way I filled out the order form. She apologized and said she would be back in touch the following day. In receiving that message we reached back out to the funeral home director who insisted that no flowers were ever delivered. Since then I have contacted Sue 3 times and have heard nothing. I was patient as I know May and June are very busy times for florists but it has been two months without response or resolution. I want to reiterate that I appreciate how quickly Creative Florist was able to get floral arrangements to our service. The reason for this review is not because of a mistake but because of the lack of response and accountability since.

She worked with my inspiration boards and talked to me about ways we could adapt the designs to meet my budget. When I told her I couldn't afford centerpieces, she told me how to DIY them. She went so above and beyond during the preparation phases, that I had no anxiety when it came to my wedding day. The wedding day was incredible. Mary Ellen showed up with her team and made magic happen. She created a stunning 8ft floral hoop backdrop for the ceremony that we reused for the photo op during the reception. She even stuck around during the ceremony to help move the location of the hoop afterwards! The bouquets were stunning.
