This place is amazing, I got some flowers delivered to my mom for her birthday and it arrived right on time! I love every person in this store, from the receptionist Julie to all the designers that did an amazing job, thank you everyone! read more

Improve the way they speak to people. Very unprofessional. A woman is someone I had an issue with the way she spoke. Don't know how many are there. Do research before you put your money down read more

While visiting my daughter in Worcester, I looked for a florist that would design an arrangement, on short notice, that met my admittedly selective taste as a life long lover of flowers. Julie answered the phone, listened to my preferences, and made some suggestions of her own. When I went to pick up the arrangement a few hours later the arrangement literally took my breath away. I wanted something special for my daughter's special occasion, and Julie met and completely exceeded my expectations, at a reasonable price. Perro's is now my go to florist in Worcester. Thank you Julie! read more

Holy cow was the service amazing. I called from out of state as I needed delivery to the hospital. It ended up being a very complicated situation as a result of the hospital but Ethan who I dealt with was persistent, patient, and communicative. He contacted me three times after I placed my order because the hospital was being so difficult. I hope you give them business on behalf of me. read more

They were wonderful, we came in a few hours before an event and they immediately accommodated making 8 mini bouquets on the fly. Great service, really appreciated their willingness to help some last minute customers. Would recommend! read more

Having been going here for a lot of years so I figured I would leave a nice review, they give you a very personal experience and make you feel special, recently my family and I had fresh flowers in a tall vase sent to our Uncles wake they were so beautiful, we were very happy with them. I would not hesitate to use them again. I personally, spoke with the owner and then the lady up front , very professional . Thanks Susan read more

They never replied to my email. I live in California. Wanted flowers delivered a block away from their shop and they would only say they have a minimum of $79, or choose from their website. I wanted three dozen carnations, whatever that costs should have been accommodated to keep a customer. I previously purchased an arrangement over $200.00, which was not delivered on the correct day. My business was not appreciated, I will look elsewhere. read more

I was looking for a florist in the Worcester area. I was referred by a friend so I went with it. I should have asked why she recommended them but I didn't. The arrangement was for Mother's day 2023. The order was placed on-line sometimes you don't always get the exact flowers as pictured which was okay. The arrangement was delivered on Saturday, May 13th I visited my mother on Sunday, May 14th and the flowers were already wilted within a 24 hour period. I sent a note to customer service on their website. No response! I didn't want money refunded or another order. I just wanted to inform them I wasn't pleased. I also offered to send a picture of the flowers, since there was no option to upload on their website. They NEVER acknowledged my customer service email. I am assuming they are getting to many complaints on their customer service email or just don't care to respond. Very disappointed. read more

I don't live in Worcester, but my family does. I have frequently ordered flowers for them for birthday's and sympathy. I wanted to send a bright and cheerful bouquet to a friend who was moved from acute care to rehab, to cheer her. I called at 2pm, and she received her flowers & texted me before 4:30pm! She was ecstatic with the color and scent, and it really did the trick to brighten her day. I was VERY pleased with the selection, but I was incredibly impressed with the kindness & compassion of the staff, and their responsiveness. I called and ordered again when she was sent home and she was very excited to receive another very beautiful bouquet. Perro's is now my go-to florist in Worcester. I ordered an arrangement for an anniversary. We had gone over colors as well flower options. I never received a call or email saying the arrangement was ready and the arrangement looks like it belongs at a funeral. Would've been better off getting flowers at Trader Joe's. read more

I ordered a Spray for my aunts funeral. It was supposed to have a crystal cross at the top and lots of blue as that was her favorite color. Not only did it not come with the cross it barely had any blue in it not even as much as pictured. The message card had typos in it. This is so disrespectful and careless. I was planning my moms services in Worcester from out of state with a specific idea of the arrangements we had in mind. I was unable to physically be there until the day before the wake was held. I spoke with the office manager Bri, who was super understanding of how specific I was and just all around a breath of fresh air during this trying time. I sent her over inspo photos of how we pictured the sprays and arrangements to be but I was worried it wouldn't be tangible as these were mainly made up of exotic tropical flowers. Rod (the owner) had the flowers custom ordered and made to match our vision. Not only did the team nail it, they went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we had in mind! 10/10 communication, expectations and customer service. Will 100% do business with perros again read more

Perros are the best in the city. There is no other florist that puts together beautiful bouquets that go OVER THE TOP with their arrangements. On top of this, the pricing is extremely fair, customer service out of this world, and they can even do things for you same day. Just outstanding. Thank you so much for the arrangement today. It was beautiful and way more than we expected!! Sincerely, Ryan Petrone - Energy Baseball read more

I'm so pleasantly surprised! I ordered flowers for my daughter for Valentine's Day -very last minute as I ordered just this morning ON Valentine's Day. I left it up to the store's discretion to pick out the arrangement and it was delivered this afternoon. My daughter sent me a picture of this sweet little arrangement and she's very happy with her Valentines surprise. Thank you Perrone for being so accommodating with my last minute request! read more

This place and its staff are awful! They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. A while back my husband order an arrangement, paid extra for a faster delivery and when it wasn't delivered the next day, he called and they had the audacity to send him away and contact the website directly. The lady on the phone was extremely rude as well!!! Fast forward, I tried giving them a second chance today. I mean I understand one incident should not speak for the entire business. I called to place an order for a friend who just had a baby. The lady who answered the phone took my number, and asked if they were going to be there the entire day today because the delivery was going to be done at 4. I said yes and gave her my info. She said she would tell "her" to contact me once she was done with the funeral arrangements. This was at 1pm it's 6pm and I still have not received a call back. Mind you, she sounded annoyed that I was even calling for flowers. Please take your business elsewhere. The bad reviews on here are very much for a reason. read more

Juile at Perro's was fantastic following up with the address that was requested for our delivery. She said that they would handle contacting the funeral home as well as the church to make sure everything went smooth for the delivery. My husband ordered flowers for Valentine's Day. They arrived on 2/15 at 6:10 pm. When my husband called to see what happened he was told there were inexperienced drivers and he would be refunded 50%. There was no phone call to either of us and who wants Valentine's Day flowers the day after. Terrible customer service and will not be using Perro's again. read more

Perro's let me down multiple times. In June of 2019 after my mother died, a friend sent me THE most beautiful floral arrangement I have ever received. It was from Perro's and I was beyond impressed. I'm old enough to have received flowers many many times in my life and I was blown away by the beauty of this particular arrangement. The picture does not do it justice, but it will give you a basic idea of what I received. I was again reminded of this beautiful floral arrangement today because for the first time since moving to this area, I have a need to order flowers. I immediately knew I would be ordering from Perro's and I found the picture I took of the arrangement. read more

I ordered two bouquets today for my mom and mother-in-law for their birthdays The website had the price mark as $10 dollars + Shipping I received a call from the shop saying there was a mistake on my orders when it was clearly marked on the website for $10 dollars the person transfer me to some man I'm guessing he is the manager this person started saying that I was wrong and that he didn't understand why I order it, he started talking no sense when I remained very calm and he basically hang up saying he was not going to argue with me. I was willing to pay the right amount I wasn't asking for anything else but that shows how bad costumer service they have, please take your business elsewhere. read more

Used Perro's for my loved ones funeral. Spent $600.00 in flowers. When I arrived at my loved ones wake, I was greeted with FAKE, yes fake flowers in all the arrangements and did not even remotely resemble the pictures on the website. There were zero roses in arrangements, including one arrangement that was supposed to contain all roses that cost $275.00. When I called to express my disapproval and concern, owner is never present and the female "designer" is rude, unapologetic and highly insensitive to their pathetic presentation of floral arrangements for my loved ones passing. Customer service definitely needs improvement. Flowers are nice, but honestly not a lot of variety to choose from when looking for certain style. They only had the 1 cylinder vase to choose from. I needed sympathy flowers for my fathers funeral. Money was no object and I did not care about the charge.yet, it was money wasted. The bouquets on the website looked gorgeous and elegant. This was not the case in person. I was very embarrassed by the standing sprays. They looked cheap and nothing like they were on the website. They were half dead flowers. I will never order or rely on Perro's flowers or recommend them to anyone. I am truly disappointed and feel I have come short on my fathers funeral. read more

Perro's Florist is down right the best in the city! Their flowers are absolutely beautiful and they lasted for a solid 2 weeks. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially having to pick arrangements out when a family member passes away. Basically, I left it up to them for the most perfect arrangement! Order my wedding flowers here and was all excited that they said the could do them like the picture I showed them. My bouquet was half dead and nothing like the picture...my wedding flowers ruined I've ordered and seen other beautiful flowers from perros before, so it's very disappointing that my wedding flowers weren't nice enough for my special day.
