i went 4 weeks before valentines to order 11 doz roses so there be no problems i had to get a name for a person they put on the card waiting for name i went down to the store with the name so there be no problems they never put it on the card then how can you get flowers if you have a card saying waiting for name i dident recive a delivery notice for one of the orders but i got them for ten others so i called them to tell them this she said after 10 min of explaineing she said she send out 2 more orders one with the correct name that she misspelled but i didnt say anything at this point i was so distraught and the other order that was never sent i never got a delivery notice on those so i called back and no one knows anything there going to call me back im waiting i spent over 800 dollars and got crap service they said it was a big order and things go wrong they had excuses BAD SERVICE dont wast your time or money i was so distraught cause this was a special order for valentines and they i told them that i went 4 weeks before valentines so there be no problems read more

They never replied to my email. I live in California. Wanted flowers delivered a block away from their shop and they would only say they have a minimum of $79, or choose from their website. I wanted three dozen carnations, whatever that costs should have been accommodated to keep a customer. I previously purchased an arrangement over $200.00, which was not delivered on the correct day. I was looking for a florist in the Worcester area. I was referred by a friend so I went with it. I should have asked why she recommended them but I didn't. The arrangement was for Mother's day 2023. The order was placed on-line sometimes you don't always get the exact flowers as pictured which was okay. The arrangement was delivered on Saturday, May 13th I visited my mother on Sunday, May 14th and the flowers were already wilted within a 24 hour period. I sent a note to customer service on their website. No response! I didn't want money refunded or another order. I just wanted to inform them I wasn't pleased. I also offered to send a picture of the flowers, since there was no option to upload on their website. They NEVER acknowledged my customer service email. I wanted to send a bright and cheerful bouquet to a friend who was moved from acute care to rehab, to cheer her. I called at 2pm, and she received her flowers & texted me before 4:30pm! She was ecstatic with the color and scent, and it really did the trick to brighten her day. I spoke with the office manager Bri, who was super understanding of how specific I was and just all around a breath of fresh air during this trying time. I'm so pleasantly surprised! I ordered flowers for my daughter for Valentine's Day -very last minute as I ordered just this morning ON Valentine's Day. I left it up to the store's discretion to pick out the arrangement and it was delivered this afternoon. When you order online it seems sometimes you don't get the most full arrangement but that was not the case. This place and its staff are awful! They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. A while back my husband order an arrangement, paid extra for a faster delivery and when it wasn't delivered the next day, he called and they had the audacity to send him away and contact the website directly. The lady on the phone was extremely rude as well!!! Fast forward, I tried giving them a second chance today. I mean I understand one incident should not speak for the entire business. I called to place an order for a friend who just had a baby. The lady who answered the phone took my number, and asked if they were going to be there the entire day today because the delivery was going to be done at 4. I said yes and gave her my info. She said she would tell "her" to contact me once she was done with the funeral arrangements. This was at 1pm it's 6pm and I still have not received a call back. I ordered two bouquets today for my mom and mother-in-law for their birthdays The website had the price mark as $10 dollars + Shipping I received a call from the shop saying there was a mistake on my orders when it was clearly marked on the website for $10 dollars the person transfer me to some man I'm guessing he is the manager this person started saying that I was wrong and that he didn't understand why I order it, he started talking no sense when I remained very calm and he basically hang up saying he was not going to argue with me. In June of 2019 after my mother died, a friend sent me THE most beautiful floral arrangement I have ever received. It was from Perro's and I was beyond impressed. I'm old enough to have received flowers many many times in my life and I was blown away by the beauty of this particular arrangement. When I arrived at my loved ones wake, I was greeted with FAKE, yes fake flowers in all the arrangements and did not even remotely resemble the pictures on the website. There were zero roses in arrangements, including one arrangement that was supposed to contain all roses that cost $275.00. When I called to express my disapproval and concern, owner is never present and the female "designer" is rude, unapologetic and highly insensitive to their pathetic presentation of floral arrangements for my loved ones passing. I had the good fortune to speak with Katie - who took my problem and made them her own with a calm determination to make it happen. Perro's Florist is down right the best in the city! Their flowers are absolutely beautiful and they lasted for a solid 2 weeks. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially having to pick arrangements out when a family member passes away. Basically, I left it up to them for the most perfect arrangement! Rod even made one for me for my dad (who passed away) and I was able to put a picture of all the grandkids in the middle of the arrangement. Ordered some flowers over the phone for my mother in law for Mother's Day and it was so easy! Since she lived in Worcester they were going to deliver it on Mother's Day. I have health issues and I am in the hospital I needed roses delivered to my wife for a first year anniversary they took my money and I had no problem with that because I thought my wife was going to work her work ended up having a water main pipe break so she didn't have to go in I called let them know my situation it's 10 minutes away from my wife's work they said sorry we don't deliver in West Boylston I explained to them over and over again it's my first year and I'm in the hospital right now I can't be there with her they had no heart no consideration and did not care whatsoever I've never heard of even talk to anybody it's cold is the woman that I talk to on the phone I am going to do what I can to make this business the worst place ever they ruined my first year anniversary not even able to give me my money right back right away but the coldest people I've ever talked to so now I hope that I can do whatever damage I can with my mouth to their company and there's a bunch of other people that were standing including my doctors and they are going to write something also this is from the UMass memorial hospital you should have at least bend a little for people in need but because you didn't know people are going to have a lot to say thank you so much for ruining what I thought would be somewhat special first year anniversary for me and my wife especially when I walked into your store with my wife and you seem such nice caring people but you couldn't bend to drive 10 extra minutes out of your way considering the situation that I'm in thank you for that really I hope you feel good about yourself because like I said I'm going to leave comments after comments and I'm going to have everybody and their mother know what you've done and how you reacted to my situation sincerely ruined first anniversary read more

What a great experience. I wish I had taken a picture. I called up for my Uncle's funeral and I had a very specific design in mind. I sent them a picture and the woman told me it would be no problem. When she asked me what I wanted to spend and I told her $80-$100 she replied "oh we can make a nice one for that". I can not even tell you how amazing this place is.I walked around the Funeral Home three times looking before I realized that the most beautiful arrangement that was on the front table for display was the one I sent! My aunt kept telling me how gorgeous it was and at the graveside it was placed at his head. I let her know that I was open and Lisa told me she hated when people are not prepared and made me feel awful. I almost left. But then she realized she was out of line and tried to be nice. We agreed on a cascading bouquet which I was so excited about. My fiance picked up the flowers were not how we discussed and I didn't have a cascading bouquet as agreed upon. Very annoyed.
