Two stars is being gracious. I could not recommend you stay away strongly enough. Maybe their bouquets and vase are good I'll never know. This place made us an embarrassment at a funeral. Absolutely unacceptable. Nearly $250 and there was no sprucing up of the "plants" we had ordered. Okay no big deal. We get it. The big deal being : The spelling was worse than a kindergartener. Both times that's exactly what happened, way better than I could ever have done. Today's flowers got delivered ($10) locally to Needham. I placed the order around 10:30 am and the flowers were delivered around 2:30 pm. Totally acceptable. Service is friendly. Location is perfect, downtown. Prices are a bit more than I'd like, but consistent with other florists. One is paying for the expertise and selection. I would definitely use Needham Florist again. read more
