I received an adorable flower arrangement from a friend for my birthday. They were delivered to my work from The Flower Loft. Wonderful! Gotta say, the arrangement of roses and lillies were top notch. Received the flowers on Tuesday and two days later, they are still looking as perky as ever. As beautiful as the flowers were, the extreme amount of glitter sprinkled atop the bunch was not necessary. (Though it does make the bouquet sparkle when it hits the light just right) I'll be picking glitter off my hands for days to come. read more

Waiting to see how they resolve a big problem with my company's yearly St Patrick's day flower delivery.Flowers sent were tiny and barely any green color. I recently called to order flowers for my grandmother's funeral. The staff was very helpful and patient. When the arrangements arrived they were the prettiest flowers there, and to my surprise, included irises which were my grandmother's favorite flower and out of season but I had mentioned them during my ordering. We lost my Grandfather recently and ordered the only 3 arrangements for a private viewing that did not arrive until we were preparing to leave the funeral home to go to the church services. I am so upset by my interaction the The Flower Loft. I sent my sister an arrangement at work (see photos). I ordered a very specific arrangement - the FTD All Aglow Bouquet by Better Homes and Gardens. My sister sent me a text to thank me. I asked her to send me a pic and I was completely horrified by what I saw. Ugly arrangement with junky filler and not even the same vase. Even more horrific was my interaction with the person with whom I spoke with at the florist. I expressed my horror at the arrangement and the fact that it was seen by my sister's coworkers. She said well, we don't have that vase and we didn't have those flowers. I stated that someone should have called and asked me if wanted a different arrangement, that this was unacceptable. I told her I wanted a refund and the florist stated she would go pick up the flowers from my sisters work and give me a refund. Um, no. I let her know that I would share my terrible experience and wished her luck. For $84.99 for a delivered arrangement, I expect to get what I ordered, and certainly expected more. read more

When me ex son-in-law passed away this fall by suicide, Flowerloft stepped to the plate and made a beautiful affordable, arrangement for the casket and one from my family. This tragic turn of events had to be handled by his only child, my grandaughter. The ease in which you helped this family, thereby me ,can never be replaced. Flowers here are beautiful but customer service is god AWFUL!! Came here on a Saturday morning to buy two bouquets, and I understand it's mother's day weekend and they will be busy, but as a paying customer I'm not asking for the world! Just a nice bouquet with some decent customer service. First off, the lady in the back doing the arrangement slams the bouquet on the counter telling her partner "here's the first one". Honestly, the arrangement was UGLY but I was trying to be nice and asked if I could switch one of the flowers out for a different color. She tells her partner in the back the customer "doesn't like the flowers", to which she responds "ARE YOU KIDDING ME". I honestly wanted to tell her "NO I'M NOT kidding you, it's ugly!!" BUT being a decent person I pretended not to hear anything. Honestly, your flower arrangements are nice, but with that kind of attitude and unprofessional behavior I will NEVER come back here again. Plenty of other local flower shops to support with better customer service and the same beautiful flowers. I can't believe someone in customer service can say this out loud where customers can hear. Please shut the door next time, absolutely no one wants to hear your bs. read more

I have used Flower Loft many many times over the last 30 years and have always been pleased. Because I moved further away frim Quincy, I have not used them since 2014. However, I ordered flowers early December of 2017 on their online website and received a confirmation that the flowers were sent. After bumping into the recipient last evening and not being thanked, I called the Flower Loft directly. The person I spoke to was rude, unapologetic, and seemed high stressed. She informed me that she had emailed me saying she was out of what I ordered and to get back to her if I could wait a day for her to place the order. Then she said she never heard back so did not send them. By the way, I searched my inbox and spam folder and never received such an email. She also had my phone number. If this woman simply apologized, offered to make it up to me, etc, I would have been understanding. Life gets busy; we all make mistakes. Instead, she kept blaming me for not replying to an email which I never received. I asked her if I should forward the email confirming the placement of the order, she said no. I asked her if she was the owner and she said she was one of the owners. I should have asked her name but I was just so flabberghasted with her lack of empathy and professionalism. A reputable company would have apologized, asked if they could make it up to me, or simply asked if I wanted to place another order. Not her, she was so rude. I seriously don't think she is an owner because an owner usually would care a bit more about their reputation and would want to see why I received a cinfirmation. She screwed up and wouldnt fess up!!! I called my credit card company afterwards to see if I had been charged sunce I received a confirmation. Luckily, I had not bedn charged. read more
