You can put together your own arrangement (w/ the help of the staff of course!) or buy a premade bouquet. Prices are very reasonable. A bundle of tulips is $8 and a dozen roses are between $10-12. I needed a florist who could do a pretty special request, and Jayne's was the one. I worked with a guy named David who went above and beyond. Since I don't live in Boston, I originally considered http://www.proflowers.com/. $40 for an arrangement of stargazers and irises-- including delivery -- sounded like an amazing deal. But then I read Yelp reviews saying that the flowers were delivered in a box and were usually pretty small, lame flowers. Luckily, I was able to cancel just in time -- I feared the delivered flowers would do more harm than good. So I called up Jaynes and said I had a special request. I had a picture of what I wanted (taken from proflowers.com website!), along with a fairly long message that I wanted to put on a card. David even gave me his personal email address so I could email the picture, the message, and all the other details to him. In total, I spoke to David 3 times over 3 days and it was A+ customer service each time. The pricing was fair -- he told me vased arrangements started at $40 and I told him $60 was my budget. The total was exactly that (+ tax and delivery) and, from what he told me, there were 20+ stargazers, which sounds pretty massive. I actually wish that he would've cut down the price if possible for a more modest arrangement, rather than giving me a full $60 worth because I didn't really know what $60 bought. But in any case, it sounded like he gave me my money's worth, so you really can't complain. The flowers were delivered by them personally to the apartment, for a $10 fee. $10 isn't cheap, but you'd rather have flowers delivered in person in the vase than pay $7 for it to be shipped in a box by FedEx. All in all, David was super understanding, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. He knew it was for someone special and he treated it that way. read more

Incredible service for a last minute celebration. I called over to Jayne's on a Thursday afternoon at 2:00pm to see about a fall arrangement in the financial district for the same day. It was a rainy, nasty day, but David took my request and said he would follow up with me very shortly. Not even 10 minutes later he was in touch saying he could have the couriered arrangement over to the office by 5pm. It showed up at 4:30pm and looked incredible.
