    What was ordered LEFT what was received RIGHT

    Ordered flowers through a third party and the picture of the flower arrangement is NOT what was received. We paid the extra to have the premium arrangement of the seaside ROSES and there are minimal roses. I think the MOST disappointing part is that a metallic vase was received with a sympathy arrangement!!!! A clear one would have been ok if the one in the picture was not available but definitely not metallic. I have ordered directly from Cliffords in the past but I must say I am pretty disappointed with the service today. There are photos uploaded.

    I ordered a Christmas arrangement for a friend through Teleflora and the order was fulfilled through Clifford's. I really appreciated that the flowers could be delivered on a Sunday as she works during the week and Saturdays. However, the arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. I understand a florist cannot make an exact replica of an arrangement, but this was not what I paid for. The photo online showed pine, roses, and a specialty box for the flowers. None of that was included on the arrangement my friend received and I am so disappointed. Had I known this is what would be delivered, I would have ordered something else.

    My boyfriend sent me a beautiful arrangement two days ago from this florist while I was in the hospital on Friday. He paid $84.00 for it and it was delivered to me that afternoon . It was beautiful. However, the next morning I noticed the flowers were wilting. Upon examining it I noticed most of the flowers were not stuck into the florist foam. They were just placed in between the flowers, therefore they were not getting any water at all. The arrangement was very poorly put together. For $84 this arrangement should not be wilting and dying the next day. I called the florist and the gentleman who answered the phone told me no one was in and they would call me the next day. I never received a call from them. If you want an arrangement that is going to last I suggest going elsewhere. What a disappointment this place was. Please see photos of the flowers on day 2

    Worst florist experience ever. I live in San Diego CA, and wanted to send flowers to my mom this past Mother's Day. The Friday before Mother's Day, I google searched "canton Mass florist " and the first number that appeared was Ava's flowers. I called them, and they assured me they were a local florist. They told me it would be no problem getting the flowers delivered the next day. Flowers were never delivered on Saturday, so I called Avas, they told me it can take 4 days. I told them that was unacceptable and I wouldn't have ordered them if they couldn't guarantee getting there before Mother's Day. They said they would try and get them delivered on Mother's Day. Nothing came until the following Tuesday. What did show up was a card with both my mother and Fiancées names misspelled. Joan, was Jone and Deanna was Viana. I spent $77.81 for the attached picture of flowers...6 roses. I was surprised to see the card came from Clifford's in Quincy Mass, so I called them. I spoke with Liz who was nice enough on the phone, and apologized about the late delivery, and agreed the flowers delivered were nowhere near a $77 order, even with the premium that Ava's charged. Ava's is the call center florist for Cliffords during their busy season. Liz told me I would have to deal with Ava's directly. Ava's requires you to email order number and issue. So I sent pictures and recapped the story, and CC'd Liz from Cliffords. Two weeks pass and I don't hear anything so I email Liz from Cliffords. She said she has reached out to Ava's but hasn't heard anything, and I would have to follow up which is ridiculous. I just called Ava's, and they said they never received my email but have received Liz's emails, but they never reached out to me. The guy from the call center said the best he could do was credit $20. He tried telling me I ordered some fancy arrangement without once apologizing for the late delivery or the names misspelled. I hung up the phone and decided to voice my frustrations on Yelp, which I was trying to avoid, because I know how detrimental bad reviews are to a local business. End of the day, the card that was delivered was from Cliffords and the product that was delivered was from Cliffords. They probably need to think about who is handling their phone orders. AWFUL experience.

    When I leave a review for a business, it's usually because of an AMAZING experience that I had. Well, with Clifford's, this no exception. I feel that a business really sets themself apart based on how they handle, what could potentially be an unpleasant experience. I don't need to go into details, as I don't think it's necessary, but I will say that I was blown away by the professionalism and quickness in which they responded. My floral arrangements were stunning and Clifford's will always be my preferred florist

    The worst experience. Flowers haven't arrived. Three days later I received this. It was supposed to look like the bottom, $160.

    This review is long overdue. We were married on 10/26/14…read moreand sat down with three different florists that we were interested in. Each had their own merits but to us Fleur Girls were just above and beyond the rest. I really wanted my wedding flowers to be beautiful but something that people would remember. Fleur Girls blew us away on both. When we met with Fleur Girls (on a weekend morning- so convenient!), they showed us lots of pictures and ideas. What really excited me was the work they also did with paper- paper flowers, displays, installations, escort cards... anything you could think of. These women are just so creative. I remember them also telling us that they wanted to help us with anything we needed other than flowers and that they would be our "go to wedding people".. or something like that (it was awhile ago but the sentiment stands out!). We ended up using Fleur girls for all of our flowers, escort cards and an insanely gorgeous paper installation on the stair posts of the reception. Our centerpieces were something out of a fairy tale. They were in medium sized pumpkins with all of these gorgeous flowers flowing out of them. I could never due them justice through words so I will post pictures. My bouquet and my girls bouquets were also just a dream. They were so beautiful but also so memorable. Unlike anything I had seen before without going over that line of crazy. Our escort cards were also just beautiful. Lots of paper details in all different patterns making a beautiful display when guests arrived. The other part I have to mention is how easy Devin and Molly were to work with. They are both so nice and responsive and just want you to love what they create. We went back and forth a lot through emails and they sent us three proofs of escort card ideas for us to choose from. Molly even did some research for me when I emailed to ask if she had heard of any local companies that preserved the flowers. The day of the wedding, Devin was there very early and helped us set up all of our mason jars and other decorations we had brought. We even bought some babies breath to put in some container going down the aisle and Devin was nice enough to help us bunch them and set them up! Lastly, I felt that their pricing was extremely fair. Honestly, we got so much for the money that we spent. Their initial proposal was a starting point and they were so great about working with our budget. I never felt like we got less because we didn't have a large budget. That place looked like a magazine when they were finished. People raved and fought over the centerpieces. I really can't say enough good things about Devin and Molly. They are so incredibly talented, nice and wonderful to work with. You were not be dissapointed if you book with them. Thank you Devin and Molly for making our wedding so beautiful!
