I cannot say enough good things about Flowers Forever. I was having the worst couple days and called them on the way to visit my grandmother who just got out of the hospital. I let them know I was 30 minutes away and they assured me they could have a bouquet made up by the time I got there. They asked my grandmas favorite colors, my price range, and a few more details. When I picked it up, it was absolutely perfect. Exactly what I wanted. THIS IS A TRUE STORY, NOT URBAN LEGEND. Called this Flowers Forever to send flowers to my very sick, frail, friend. My friend texted me to thank me and sent me a photo. I was appalled at the poor quality bouquet compared to the photo they showed online, but did not mention this to my friend as she wasn't aware of the $95.00 I spent on them and was happy that I was thinking of her. I emailed florist to complain and asked for refund. Instead of emailing me back, THEY SHOWED UP UNANNOUNCED TO MY SICK FRIEND'S HOUSE THE NEXT MORNING AND ASKED TO COME IN AND TAKE PICTURES OF THE FLOWERS TO PROVE TO ME THAT THEY WERE NOT AS BAD AS THE PHOTO! They even told her I was unhappy with them so that embarrassed her and mortified me and ruined everything about the original purpose of the flowers to begin with. They texted me the new photos that showed a slightly better arrangement than what I saw but never offered me any kind of refund. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Customer service is awful! I was on the phone with a woman and let her know I was driving to do a last minute pick up. Literally 5 mins away she asked for my card number which I couldn't give as I was driving as stated before and I could give it when I get there to call.
