    Led me to believe a clear-top tent would be fine, for two years. Week of the event, they let me…read moreknow that a clear top tent would be too hot and they usually don't do that in the summer. Understandable but this would have been nice to know. I could never quite get them to speak to the caterer to make sure everyone had what they needed. Delivered the wrong table linens, many of which were stained. Failed to bring silverware or napkins to one of the three events we used them for. They have yet to offer a refund for the silverware and I'm afraid to ask in case I have to speak to the mean owner again. Owner called me on the morning of my wedding to yell at me for making "last minute" requests (due to something *entirely* out of my control--the caterer had assumed we had a garage, which we didn't, so we asked if there was any way we could rent a catering tent. We were prepared to figure something out if we couldn't). A failure of communication led me to believe we would be able to have additional string lights instead of bistro lights, which turned out not to be the case. It's *fine* that we didn't get them but the owner basically accused me of lying ("my guys are adamant that they put in string lights" "I know, I was hoping for additional string lights." "We OFFERED you bistro lights and you DECLINED!" "Ok so we can't get additional string lights." "No, there's no time and we've been out there once already!" "Right, to fix the linens which were both the wrong size and stained.". Owner kept claiming on the phone that they had been "very professional" (if you have to tell me how professional you're being, that's a good sign that you're not). The bottom line is that I understand that mistakes and miscommunications happen, but the bad attitude from the owner left me feeling pretty awful about the whole thing. Stay away. There must be nicer people in this business.
