We live in Newton, MA and out of a handful of other local companies, Eric gave the best price. Eric and his brother arrived on time to set it up in our backyard and came back to take it down. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for renting a bouncy house. Two weeks later, we used them for our Elementary School PTO run Halloween Festival. First Class Parties was $175 cheaper than the Newton-based company that the PTO used for the last few years. We will be renting from First Class Parties next year for sure!

He did not stop untill she the families last name and exactly who had told her. Complete energy change of him but to getting more defensive bc he had been corrected. We completely understand if the son had not been knowing of all the rules and choices but the man definitely could have handled things differently. The one who had made the call was young and hurt by the way she was spoken too. I mean, absolutely enormous. We had 25 kids from ages 2-7 in there, and kids never bumped into each other or fought for any toys. There were swings, bouncy castles, climbing apparatus, cars to ride on, kitchens and trains to play with. It was such a pleasure to see everything so clean, well maintained, and frankly fun for the kids. Not a single kid ran short of things to do or stuff to try for our 2-hour party. Next, the value you get from all the food, great decorations, private space, and top-quality party favors cannot be topped. We loved the setup of our room, and our son especially loved the Spider Man theme. Finally, the courtesy and kindness showed by the entire staff. The owner and his family were the staff today, and they made everything so smooth. From unloading to setting up and eventually to saying bye to our guests, they made sure every detail was easy and a joy for the kids. When we needed an extra balloon or some guidance, they were there in a flash. The owners, Douglas and Steven, are extremely welcoming and make you feel at home the moment you walk in. Their kindness and dedication really set this place apart. They delivered the tents and chairs as promised, but what they neglected to point out was that the white tents were more brown than white from the disgusting amount of black and mud stains from previous engagements. This wasn't just dirt. It was years of filth that had never been cleaned. If we had known about this at the time of delivery we would have sought out another vendor. If you are considering using Christian Party Rental - rethink it, and look for another vendor and avoid being disappointed.
