Wood looks nice and dry. I also get my Christmas Trees here every year. They are sturdy smell good and last a while!! Side note today 12/4/18 I went to get my yearly tree and the place has changed hands..the former owners would help with the tree, cut the bottom, and wrap it and help place the tree on your vehicle if needed. This time they didn't do any of that. They have only been the new owners for a week or 2 so I'm sure they have to figure things out but I can already see the difference from going here for a few years now. I'm not sure what I'll be doing next year.

Phone engagement was quick but all questions were answered completely and patiently. The designer was spot-on when he told me the plants they had were good sized and healthy. I thought I wanted a 12" planter but they had 10" or 14". He suggested that the 10" planter would be fine, which I appreciated. However, it was folk a few of us so I went with the 14".. I thought delivery fee was a bit higher than I've paid in the past, BUT they delivered the planters on the same day, exceeding my expectations! The planter is gorgeous and plants look super healthy for a lasting gift. Worth it! I'd say great value!

Instead of just ignoring my complaint if she found it unfounded, Lori contacted me to retract the refund promised by Ben. My family was in mourning, and I'm 3,000 miles away, so we certainly didn't take a picture of the bouquet to confirm what I'm being told. There is nothing more unseemly than debating the "value" received for a funeral bouquet. It only takes a moment to take a snapshot of the arrangement sent, if one is not going to stand behind the quality of their creations delivered, and argue over a refund of any type. Neither of us wants to have a bad experience, so I'm chalking this up to Judge Judy's advice - I won't be using Affairs To Remember services again.

I was explaining what happened and she clearly cares about her business a lot but was very defensive and ended up calling me nasty, saying she doesn't work with people like me and hanging up on me twice. She kept saying she was trying to find a solution but over and over all she said was I was wrong and the order was fine - that she made it herself and her husband delivered it. Finally she offered to call her husband to make sure he delivered them and said she even had a picture which I was grateful for. When I asked for the proof it turned out it was the picture from Zillow. She also lied about handing up on me and then did it a second time. I'm just kinda blown away by how ill prepared she seemed to handle a pretty standard customer service issue. She even said at one point this has never happened before so maybe I am the first time something has ever gone wrong but WOW it was handles poorly. From the start she viewed me as someone there to attack her or criticize her when I was just reading the facts of the events and looking to understand what had happened. Anyway my mom got her flowers two days late but truly that would have been fine. I guess the main takeaway of the review is I'm sure they are great if nothing goes wrong but if, like me, you are aware that sometimes stuff happens. This is not the spot - they are not equipped to do any level of customer service.

Found this by chance for some last minute Mother's Day arrangements…read more I don't know what the "going rate" is for last minute choose and go arrangements with included vessels, as I'm not the resident purchaser in our home, I usually am the receiver... my husband also got me an anniversary bouquet along with the Mother's Day flowers we got- they're lovely and (so far) long lasting I was very pleased to find that we were able to (though it was late in the day, nearly brunch time!) grab three very unique yet similarly sized and priced arrangements with all the same sort of 'vibe' and color scheme which was nice. The store has lots of little stones and gems and smudge sticks and other little items that you could gift. The service was great, and very friendly. They packed the flowers up nice and safely for our quick car ride. I'd never noticed the storefront before but now it's on my radar I won't forget it's a good option when in need of a host gift or similar occasion to Mother's Day.
