Had my daughters' birthday party here (one is 4, the other is 1). The customer service was…read moreabsolutely AMAZING! They handled everything with great organization. The place was clean and staff was constantly cleaning the mess children were leaving in their wake. The ice palace was really cool. They even accommodated older children at the party and made rules clear on certain things they were not allowed to go on. I ordered extra pizza for the adults and brought in water bottles for them as well. All the adults were commenting on how great the pizza was! Quick Tip: Bring extra quarters for the little rides in the middle. The owner and staff were both super polite! They were also very easygoing in regards to the little children and scheduling for pizza and cake! Both of my girls had a blast! Couldn't have asked for a better birthday party for them! We will definitely be back!!

He also liked the bouncy house, basketball court. slide, & jungle gym as well as the Beam Interactive Play area! Which was so cool we are thinking about buying our own. We ended up staying for two hours and getting grilled cheese (because he heard the announcement). The food was made on a hot plate and George Forman grill but it did the trick- he had ice cream afterwards which was convenient. Overall only cost us $12 for a few hours which was pretty sweet because it helped get My sons energy out. I'd say this is a cute little place to bring the young kids but they might need to add so more stuff if they want guests to stay a little longer, because I think 2-3 hours is the max amount of time you could spend here! We will be back- most likely in the winter!

Stellar venue and the BEST wedding coordinator! They hit all the boxes - organized, BEAUTIFUL…read morevenue using the boathouse for the ceremony and the tent/field for reception. Lake Pearl provides a wedding coordinator and we were lucky enough to get Gina Giacalone - she was fantastic! Gina was warm and caring, with a strong attention to detail - she truly cared about us and ensuring our wedding was exactly what we wanted - we loved her! And the day of the wedding, it ran like clockwork. We felt so well taken care of and as MOB and the hostess, I didn't have to worry about anything - they totally had it all taken care of. There is also a beach house you can rent the day of for the women to get ready and I am so glad we did this. It was so much fun - great please to get hair and make up done and hang out. We got a breakfast spread and a lunch spread and champagne - we had so much fun getting ready there and made so many beautiful memories. The food was also excellent (and I am very picky!) - many of or guests commented on the beauty of the venue and how good the food was. Gina and the other staff and the venue itself totally exceeded our expectations - I can honestly say everything was perfect! I highly recommend Lake Pearl and hopefully you can be lucky enough to get Gina as your wedding coordinator.

A huge thank you to Vanessa, Kelly, and Cindy, who were truly phenomenal. They handled every detail with care and precision, allowing me (and our guests!) to actually enjoy the party without stress. I received so many compliments from attendees about how helpful, attentive, and kind the staff was. *This review is strictly based on a birthday party that we had hosted here*…read more We are not members of a Little Gym but it's right near our house and I have heard positive things about using them for a birthday party venue. I have a toddler and can't imagine 3 more toddlers never mind the 20 we had, plus parents, in my home! This was a great place to have a party as it allowed kids play time in the gym. They provided us with postcards to mail out as invites which was great. I had follow up calls and emails from the staff to inquire about RSVP totals and theme. They provide white tablecloths, utensils and napkins but you can bring your own if you wish - I brought items for the kids (mermaid theme) and had them supply the plain stuff for the adults. Piezoni's offers a 20% discount if you have a party here and the gym provides Capri suns. I brought bottled waters in addition to the pizza, veggie platter, cheese and crackers, cookies and a donut cake. The two girls, Bella and Lauren, were fantastic. They were scurrying around everywhere and essentially handled the check in process for guests, the games in the gym (very hard to rally toddlers to listen!). They also put the room together as far as decorations and the pizza. Lastly, there's no pressure to open gifts, they put it all in a big garbage bag to take with you. I really thought 1.5 hours (first hour in play and last 30 to eat) would have been too short but it was just enough time.
