Allison and Sarah could not have been more comforting and proactive. Over email, phone, and video call, they put my mind at ease and I felt so prepared the day of my wedding, no matter what restrictions were in place. Allison could not have done a better job the day of. She built a great rapport with my family, bridal party, and the venue's event manager to ensure the day ran smoothly. She knew the schedule and set up like the back of her hand. When the timing of certain day-of activities changed last minute, she made sure to let me know of the changes and the night went on without issue. If it were not for COVID and my anxieties around how it would affect our wedding I likely would not have looked for an outside coordinator- our venue did provide one that began to work closely with us (and Allison) in the month or so before the wedding and I truly believe she would have done a comparable job in the day-of execution. But it's the long term commitment to the planning process that makes Without a Hitch special. And while our venue did not host many weddings during COVID, Without a Hitch planned so many, and had the experience and suggestions that made the wedding feel as normal as it possibly could. For any of my friends planning weddings at a less conventional venue or just want more support, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Without a Hitch, and more specifically Allison!

Sarah and her team are there every step of the way, providing advice, guidance, support, and everything you could possibly need. We are so grateful we could rely on Amy to support our special day. It would not have gone nearly as smoothly without her professionalism, organization, and precision. I would turn to Without a Hitch for any major event and know I can trust them to care about the details as much as I do.

I had planned almost every detail of the wedding and knew exactly how I envisioned my big day but the problem was I could not oversee the coordination of all the vendors/individuals in the execution of my plans. However, Wendy seemed to take over flawlessly and made sure everything happened EXACTLY as I had hoped. My fiance and I were beyond thankful for her because she really enabled us to enjoy every moment of our big day!! When tiny things went wrong (and of course something will go wrong!) - Wendy always had a creative solution and did her absolute best to take care of it as quickly and quietly as possible. I was especially thankful for Wendy because I my niece (the flowergirl) had an issue come up and was unable to make it to the wedding ceremony with her dad so we were unable to get a complete family photo right after the ceremony. Very near the end of the reception, my niece and her dad finally came and Wendy orchestrated getting EVERYONE together for several complete family photos! We were SOOOOOooo thankful!! Working with Wendy is like working with your best friend and your Mother at the same time; You always get the truth wrapped in attention and love. Literally the best combination you can ask for in an event coordinator. Last month I was at a Thanksgiving Dinner done by Wendy (and her assistants) that was phenomenal. The "flow" of the dinner and throughout the entire evening was exceptional. And, it was incredibly MEMORABLE! If you don't have time or energy for all the work that goes into an event, hire a true professional. I have made the mistake in the past of not working with a pro. "It's Your Day" is perfectly named. When you hire Wendy, you expect the best and she outperforms. Get her while her prices are still reasonable!

She coordinated everything from the venue which included guest rooms for our out of town friends and family. The food, which was delicious, down to the music and party favors. The things I didn't think of, she did. The decorations were done very tastefully and the party favors were a hit. People are still talking about the party to this day. It was wonderful!!! We had a 20 minute conversation before even booking, where she asked a bunch of questions to get an idea of my plan so far, and even provided some pointers before any money was exchanged or anything was booked. Before the wedding we communicated regularly, and she provided a detailed timeline I could share with my vendors. I strongly recommend doing a site walk through with her as well. It was so worth it. She emailed with my vendors also the week prior to my wedding for last minute planning and coordination, which took so much weight off my shoulders. It was so nice to know she had everything under control, so all I had to worry about on the day of my wedding was getting ready. She is genuinely kind, outgoing, professional, and incredibly organized, and on the day of the wedding interacted with my family and got to know by dad a little bit, which was meaningful to me.     I've really been debating leaving this review because I did enjoy the painting (for the most part)…read more We (my husband and I) went for the very first time a couple weeks ago to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We made reservations ahead of time and when we got there they were assigning tables to sit at. We got shown out table and then we got moved. We were shown the other places to sit so we started looking for the pieces we were going to paint. We returned to the table and another lady started telling us to move again, we would be better off sitting somewhere else. So now we've been moved twice and we end up at a table with little kids who have zero interest in painting. They are on their phones and pushing/knocking the table and my husband and I are having to stop continuously so our painting doesn't get messed up (it did when the kid hit the table and we needed assistance fixing the piece-and we complained at that time). I should note-when we first arrived we told them we were celebrating our anniversary (they asked) and we were told "oh, you need to do a tile!." We didn't think anything of it at that time. When we were almost finished painting the plate we had picked out, a tile was brought over to us. We never asked for it and honestly forgot all about it. It was given to us and we were told to enjoy it. We finally finished the plate and tile so we brought them up to the front. There, we were charged for the tile we never asked for and to be perfectly honest had zero interest in doing - we didn't even put much effort into painting it because at that point we wanted to get out of there. The girl checking us out had no desire to follow up on it so we left, mad. I was told "give us 2 weeks" for the pieces to be ready. No other instructions. So I go yesterday to pick up the pieces -2 weeks and 3 days later. I walk in and tell the desk I'm here to pick them up. "Did you call first?" Ummmm, no, I wasn't told to do that and it's been longer than the 2 weeks. Then she can't find my stuff in the computer, both by phone # and name. I tell her the date we were there and she has to go find the actual paper slip. Then she can't find the pieces and there are now 2 people looking for the items. They finally find them after about 10 minutes of me standing stupidly at the front. Did I enjoy the actual painting? Yes Did I enjoy the overall experience? No Was the customer service good? Not great Will we go back? Probably not, I might give them a 2nd try by my husband will definitely not.

You paint your piece and pick it up 8-10 days later. It will come back glossy and beautiful. Don't forget to check upstairs for more paintable pieces! Will definitely be back for more!
