Wow. What can we say about Eduardo? He was our favorite vendor. So pleasant to work with and very organized. Our wedding day would not have been the same without him. He went above and beyond our expectations. Recessional songs had smooth transitions and everything sounded great. When we needed 2 last minute lapel mics, he found them for us. He checked in on us throughout the night. When I thought our first dance song was going a little too long, I gave him a thumbs up and he knew to fade it out. His uplighting was BEAUTIFUL!! If you have the budget, definitely get it. It just really created a wedding atmosphere. His photobooth was great, our guests' favorite part. Highly recommend Eduardo and team. I hired him for my class' 25th reunion at Wellesley College, which was a HUGE success due to him. I connected with 4 other DJs/party equipment companies before choosing him. Organizing the event from SF, I needed someone who was responsive by email/phone and had the experience and interest in thinking through the event and details, since this was my first time hiring a dj/party equipment companies. He was professional, highly responsive by phone/email and took the lead to make sure he had all the information necessary to make our event a memorable evening. 2 weeks before the event, he checked in on our preferences for the photo booth, music and uplighting. I sent him a list of song requests from our class. At the event, he arrived early to set up and make sure all was good to go. The lighting was fabulous, the photo booth was lots of fun, and the music was first rate. We had a HUGE list and he was able to hit alot of the songs by mixing some together in a smooth and balanced manner. I highly recommended him to the Head of Reunions at Wellesley College and would definitely use him again for our 30th! Eduardo was the DJ and MC for my wedding and my wife and I were not pleased with his performance for the following reasons: 1. Worst thing was that he mixed up my wife's name with her sister's name twice when announcing. Everyone corrected him after the first time but he messed it up again. 2. My uncle prayed before we started the meal but he announced him as my cousin. 3. We requested that he play no slow songs because we were afraid that it would kill the mood and we knew our guests wanted fast songs. He played a slow song in the middle when everyone was up and dancing and everyone immediately got off the dance floor except 3 couples. I went up and told him not to play anymore slow songs which he didn't, but only about half of the people returned to dancing afterwards. 4.We requested no dirty songs but he played several of them. We had many conservative guests and some of them actually commented on how they were surprised about the song choices. 5. We requested a last song but he played Sweet Caroline instead. 6. For the last song, he asked everyone to gather around for a group hug while asking my wife and I to dance in the middle. We had explicitly asked him not to call us out to dance b/c my wife is especially shy about dancing. 7. The transitions between songs were awkward. People would be confused and start to stop dancing for a few seconds at many transitions. My best man DJs for weddings and confirmed that the transitions were lacking. My wife and I originally found a deal on Groupon for the service. It expired before we pulled the trigger and we ended up paying hundreds more for it. However, we still chose the service because Eduardo's reviews were so good. Overall, there was a severe lack of attention to detail that you would really expect from a DJ. We didn't receive any apologies for any of the mistakes and instead received a full invoice on our honeymoon with the note that everything went well. read more

I cannot speak more highly of Eddy. He was a phenomenal wedding DJ--truly the best my husband and I have ever heard. If you don't read the rest of this review, just note that Eddy is an absolutely wonderful DJ (and superb with photo booth and uplighting) and is also affordable. His music choices were amazing, and he listened to every suggestion and request we had pre-wedding (quite a few), and was quick on his feet day-of if we had any changes. He got everyone dancing--grandparents to younger family and friends--and once people got to the dance floor, they never left. I have been to many weddings--about 5 a year for the past many years--and cannot remember a wedding where people had such a good time. Lest you think I'm biased because it was my wedding, so many people came up to us and said how much they loved Eddy. Largely because of him, many people told us it was the most fun wedding they've been to. He was able to use true skill in switching from older songs to contemporary music and was able to equally please older family who mostly like motown with my husband whose music of choice is EDM. The photo booth was so fun and well-done, and the uplighting was stunning. Eddy was a rare find for us since he was such a great DJ but also extremely affordable. We talked to many others who were hundreds of dollars more than Eddy, but when we watched videos of them at weddings, we couldn't see them being better than Eddy and we were right. Hired Eduardo for the PhotoBooth for my child's Quinceañera party and it was a hit! It was a very big party so it helped to have different activities for the guests, especially the photo booth. My husband and I absolutely loved having Eddie DJ at our wedding in Boston. Despite being called upon last minute (less than 2 weeks), Eddie went above and beyond what was expected of him. He showed up to the venue several hours before the event to set up. He was extremely proactive, and very graciously responded to several last minute requests during the event. Our guests had a wonderful time (dancing pretty much the entire night) and particularly loved the lighting that he set up, saying that it really added to the ambience of the venue.
