Thank you for providing such an extraordinary service and team. So many of our guests complimented and were impressed with these two ladies! A huge thank you to Vanessa, Kelly, and Cindy, who were truly phenomenal. They handled every detail with care and precision, allowing me (and our guests!) to actually enjoy the party without stress. I received so many compliments from attendees about how helpful, attentive, and kind the staff was. Whether it was food prep, setup, cleanup, or guest assistance, they jumped in wherever needed--often solving issues before I even noticed them. This is event staffing at its best--a team that's not only highly capable but also genuinely enthusiastic and easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to book Extra Hands for Your Events again, and I absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a party, wedding, corporate gathering, or private event. The place was clean and staff was constantly cleaning the mess children were leaving in their wake. The ice palace was really cool. They even accommodated older children at the party and made rules clear on certain things they were not allowed to go on. I ordered extra pizza for the adults and brought in water bottles for them as well. All the adults were commenting on how great the pizza was! Quick Tip: Bring extra quarters for the little rides in the middle. The owner and staff were both super polite! They were also very easygoing in regards to the little children and scheduling for pizza and cake! Both of my girls had a blast! Couldn't have asked for a better birthday party for them! We will definitely be back!!

He also liked the bouncy house, basketball court. slide, & jungle gym as well as the Beam Interactive Play area! Which was so cool we are thinking about buying our own. We ended up staying for two hours and getting grilled cheese (because he heard the announcement). The food was made on a hot plate and George Forman grill but it did the trick- he had ice cream afterwards which was convenient. Overall only cost us $12 for a few hours which was pretty sweet because it helped get My sons energy out. I'd say this is a cute little place to bring the young kids but they might need to add so more stuff if they want guests to stay a little longer, because I think 2-3 hours is the max amount of time you could spend here! We will be back- most likely in the winter!

I mean JT said he would be here and "poof" sure enough..here and here early with a friendly big smile, even though I knew he had many more and his day was full, He still managed to make me feel as though I was priority. I never even left the inside of my house he handled everything for me. When I called with questions, they not only answered but explained so I could understand and make the right decision for me. I really feel compelled to go on and on about how super they were and how they made me feel like their only customer, and put my mind at ease. It was just such a positive experience that I really feel the need to just share this with everyone! Thank you, JT and Slims & Berthiume! Sharon..auburn

So first, I schedule a tank pump out. Done. Suddenly, my washing machine is backing up. Exact same…read morething that happened last year!!! Called 3 times, no response. Not until i posted a poor review did the owner respond. Schedule an appt, take time off of work, tech shows up an hour and 15 later , with no call, only until i texted him did i know he would be late. So I missed work for no reason at all!!! Pointed out my spare washing machine, bc I bought a new one thinking it was the machine, and not them! Happens a 2nd time, well? They take no responsibility without a fight!! Come to fix it, basically offer me half price for their lack of service for a problem they caused only bc i was stubborn, only to say, it would help if you took down your bad review! Bribery!!! Then hear the owner on the phone say, so how was she? Prior to agreeing to charge me half price. So I agree, n meet in the middle! Asked them to bill me, and I would call to pay it. Suddenly, and fraudulently my account is charged by them!!!! I never consented to keep my card on file or to process a payment!!! Emailed, texted, no response!!! So here it is, they pump your tank then you get a basement, n washing machine full of shit!!! Just like Gabe!!! Their reputation comes from before this dink was in charge!!! Do yourself a favor and do not use Slims!!!! I will be blocking the charge and reporting fraud, blackmail, and bribery!!! Thank you for your response Erin!!! CREDIT Card Fraud!!! Accident or what I dont know bc a real business manager would pick up the phone and try to figure the situation out!!! Pray i dont report you, dont pray for me!!! Now that Jay actually confirmed the issue I WILL fix it!! Finances aren't the issue, it is accountability!! This matter was over n done with and mutually agreed upon until I was charged without authorization! Do you really want to keep this up? Again, a real business manager would seek to resolve the issue, not antagonize!!! You know how to reach me if you really want to make the situation worse!!! Tell me? Why DID you refund my money? Bc you admit fault, or are afraid I will report you to the BBB, and what they find might not be so on the up n up?! UPDATE: It appears the refund I was given as stated in Erin Berthiaumes response to my post, trying to make themselves look good, has been rescinded!!! No email notification, phone call or text. What kind of business behaves this way?! I didnt ask for the refund for the initial pump out, you offered it and then took it back??? Tosday I emailed and texted to see what the story is. Asked for direct contact to business mananger to discuss, again no response. I have never heard of or experienced something so dishonest in my life!! For someone who wants to pray for me, I think you need to reassess your integrity. Such a shame to have to play games like this. Just he honest, upfront and take responsibility!! Dont try and make yourselves look good, by claiming you issued a discount and then retracting it. Juat do the right thing, follow through on what you said you would, and then lose my account information!! There is no need for this run around and deceitfulness!!! I literally dont have the energy to argue with you people any longer

Lake Pearl provides a wedding coordinator and we were lucky enough to get Gina Giacalone - she was fantastic! Gina was warm and caring, with a strong attention to detail - she truly cared about us and ensuring our wedding was exactly what we wanted - we loved her! And the day of the wedding, it ran like clockwork. We felt so well taken care of and as MOB and the hostess, I didn't have to worry about anything - they totally had it all taken care of. There is also a beach house you can rent the day of for the women to get ready and I am so glad we did this. It was so much fun - great please to get hair and make up done and hang out. We got a breakfast spread and a lunch spread and champagne - we had so much fun getting ready there and made so many beautiful memories. The food was also excellent (and I am very picky!) - many of or guests commented on the beauty of the venue and how good the food was. Gina and the other staff and the venue itself totally exceeded our expectations - I can honestly say everything was perfect! I highly recommend Lake Pearl and hopefully you can be lucky enough to get Gina as your wedding coordinator.
