Bill was on time, offered to help guests get on and off the trolley. At one point, I had to walk from a building down a long walk way to the trolley, it had started to rain and I was in my wedding dress on my way to the reception. Bill took it upon himself to walk down to me with an umbrella to help escort me to the trolley. The service was 5 star and I knew we were in good hands with Rockstar. We used Rockstar Limos for our wedding in late July in Sterling, MA. We rented two items from Rockstar, one Sprinter van which took the wedding party from the hotel to a nearby orchard for "first-look" photos, as well as some other photos with the bridal party/groomsmen. This van then took us to our ceremony/reception venue. The other bus was a 29-passenger bus which was for our guests to get between the hotel and ceremony/reception venue. Both of our rentals were top-notch, stylish, clean, and came with great drivers. We had Paul for the Sprinter, and he had such a great personality and made sure we were taken care of. The rides were extremely comfortable in both rentals. I would definitely recommend Rockstar to anyone getting married and needing transportation services in any capacity. Terrible service. I missed out on half my photos with bridal party and family on wedding day due to the tardiness of our driver and the fact that he had absolutely NO IDEA where he was going....Details below: We booked Rockstar Limo for a trolley for my October wedding. Our wedding was in Scituate MA and pick up was quite simple and reviewed MULTIPLE times. Driver was over an hour late for first pick up and joked about how he got lost multiple times and then asked my MOH, "so where am I going now?" He had no idea what he was doing and made a joke out of it. My now husband and I were waiting at the Light House where our first look was for OVER an hour after our photographers moved to ceremony location to set up for pictures of bridal party and family. We just sat there waiting and waiting knowing we were missing out on time scheduled for pictures. It has taken me a very long time to write this as I have been so frustrated however since everything was paid for up front, as others mentioned - there is nothing I can do, other than warn others. I am extremely disappointed in the service and the lack of professionalism. Do not use Rockstar Limo if you can avoid. read more

Very disappointed with rockstar limo. Booked a limo for night out in Boston. 45min before our departure someone from the limo company called to tell us the limo cannot come because its hatch door is not locking and they will send us a bus of some sort. I was raving mad because our evening with many friends was planned around the limo. When I declined the bus in quite a heated exchange, the guy said he will refund our money and cut off the line. I called their main office immediately and they had no idea what was going on. Finally the office said the limo is running late doing another drop off and would come to us 30min late. At least we had a limo but it threw our plans off. It seems that they booked another job right before mine and that was running late so they tried to switch us to a bus. And lied to me that the limo was broken. The hatch door worked fine and the driver said there was no problem with the limo. These guys are such crooks. Never again with them. read more

Getting through to the business and making arrangments is no problem. Taking your deposit and full payment just before the event is a breeze. I was able to file an incident report with Carol. She was understanding and sympathetic. However you somehow do not get a call back from the manager and transferring to the owner goes nowhere. His mail box is full and hangs up on you. He certainly does not return calls or even cares to. His staff buffers the call and makes believe you will here back from the manager who never seems to be there and also does not know how to return calls. The problem we had was first the car I ordered was not one that showed up. The driver did not know how to run the air conditioning so the bride and her wedding party were in a sona before even getting to the church. After all it was only 98 degrees and muggy for the day. We had the driver call dispatch to either fix the air or get another car while the bride was in church getting married. Dispatch came back with the procedure to control the A/C . The air conditioning was weak at best. The driver was not familiar with that SUV and should of been. His approach was I only get the keys. He was asked to keep the limo running while we were in church and getting pictures taken outside at Roger Williams Park. He did not keep the limo running because he thought it would not cool down when it is idealing in park with the air on. The worse part about all it is that the business does not care after the fact. Everyone is paid up front. No recourse for the customer. One star may be too generous because of the lack of caring after the fact. Bottom line go anywhere but here for your future limo needs. read more

I am so grateful to Rockstar Limo who helped make our wedding reception amazing! We reserved the white trolley, which took us to our December wedding reception. It was such a unique experience. Our driver was so professional and arrived on time and kept our schedule, dropping us off at our venue right when we needed to be there! The white trolley looked so cute in photos and our bridal party loved the atmosphere it created! They made everything so easy for us and were excellent with communicating everything to us! We hired Rockstar for my daughter's wedding 1 1/2 years before the wedding when they informed me at that time that they had no one else booked that early. We ended up hiring 7 vehicles for the wedding. We were very specific on our confirmations as to what was supposed to happen and the names of who were supposed to go in certain vehicles. They never showed up to transport the groom, the driver of the sprinter for the grandparents was rude to the elderly grandfather of the bride, the bride's mother and the wedding planner. The driver would not let the grandfather get on the sprinter at 11:00pm after the wedding that was specifically assigned to transport the grandparents, and then finally the motor coach that we hired for when the afterparty was over broke down at 1:30am and our guests who were from out of town had to find ubers because they were stranded. The owner of Rockstar was contacted as we wanted all our money back for the whole event since we all had a stressful ride to the wedding trying to find transportation for the groom and 8 groomsmen, the groom never was able to be videoed by the videographer in the limo and no photos were captured of the groom getting out of the limo, the embarrassment of how we were all talked to by the driver who refused to let the grandfather on the sprinter that was specifically hired to bring him back to the hotel from the reception. On top of that it was raining at the end of the night and we all got wet as we had to leave the lobby of the venue to go and argue with the sprinter driver who would not let the grandfather on the sprinter; the best part was that same driver bought him to the event and knew that sprinter was specifically for the elderly, and lastly the lack of safety of being stranded after the after party with a motor coach and the driver telling older guests and very young guests to get ubers. The owner's response was he would reimburse the 3 vehicles that had issues but was reluctant to issue a full refund for the motor coach because a motor coach back up was 35 minutes away at 1:30 in the morning but given the other 2 issues he gave a full refund of that motor coach. I would not use Rockstar limo as they are all about money. The owner said he was not reimbursing the vehicles that did not have issues. This was outrageous as he stranded the groom who lost out on the whole experience and photos, embarrassed the family of the bride with the horrible talk by his driver and stranded our guests at 1:30am and his explanation was for the groom having no limo- was IT WAS A MISTAKE THEY MADE BECAUSE THE DISPATCH DIDN'T PAY ATTENTION TO ANOTHER WEDDING BEFOREHAND RUNNING LATE AND THEY WERE SO BUSY WITH THE US OPEN AND IT WAS THE BUSIEST DAY THEIR COMPANY EVER HAD (remember I booked 1 1/2 years beforehand and they had no other bookings) and it was his busiest day, for the horrible talk to the family of the bride and elderly grandfather by the driver it was because he was overwhelmed and confused even though the mother of the bride and wedding planner told him what he was supposed to be doing, and the explanation for the motor coach breakdown at 1:30am, it was our choice to get ubers the guests could of waited 35 minutes and we have several guests that said that the driver told them they did not know how long it would be. The bottom line is we should have been reimbursed the additional $5000 as our experience from beginning to end was beyond awful and stressful. THE OWNER SAID HE ALSO PAID FOR AN EXCURSION FOR MY DAUGHTER AND HUSBAND ON THEIR HONEYMOON; WELL THE PLACE THEY STAYED SAID THERE WAS NO EXCURSION CREDIT AND THEY NEVER HAD THE EXCURSION. MAYBE HE DID PAY FOR IT AND SOMETHING HAPPENED ONCE AGAIN BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS SHE NEVER RECEIVED THE CREDIT AND NEVER HAD AN EXCURSION ON ROCKSTAR LIMO AND HE DID NOTHING ABOUT THAT EITHER WHEN WE INFORMED HIM THAT IT DID NOT HAPPEN. HIS ANSWER WAS THEY CHARGED HIM FOR IT; HOW DOES THAT HELP US? BOTTOM LINE THE OWNER LET US KNOW OUR DAUGHTER'S WEDDING WAS NOT AS IMPORTANT EVEN THOUGH WE WERE THE ONLY TRANSPORTATION BOOKED WHEN WE BOOKED THEM IN FEBRUARY 2021 AND OUR WEDDING WAS JUNE 2022, AND THAT HE HAD A RECORD BUSY DAY IN HIS COMPANY FOR COVERING THE US OPEN BUT WOULD NOT OUT OF PRINCIPLE OF RUINING OUR ONCE IN A LIFETIME EVENT REIMBURSE THE $5000. I WOULD NOT HIRE ROCKSTAR LIMO EVER AGAIN. I HAVE THIS IN WRITING FROM HIM AND HAVE MANY VENDORS AND THE WEDDING PLANNER AND THE VENUE THAT WITNESSED ALL OF THIS BESIDES US. read more

Made a roundtrip reservation that includes a restroom stop each transfer from Boston to New Hampshire. A week after the trip, out of the blue, they charged my credit card an additional charge of four hundred dollars total. When I called them, they explained that the driver reported a one hour stop at the reststop during our way back from NH as the reason why there was a 400 charge to my credit card. First of all, the restroom stop each transfer is supposed to be included as part of our reservation as detailed in the quote provided to us. There's no question about that because we had the exact same reservation last year, and nothing like this happened. Secondly, it was NOT one hour long. It was a 10 min short stop on our way there and 20 mins on our way back. How on earth did they calculate a sum of 400 to charge us? No clue. And, it makes no sense. This is very disappointing and frankly fraudulent. Glad I caught it immediately when my card got charged. My credit card company (Capital One) turns out to be the savior in this mess by giving me the money back two days after I called them so that I didn't have to be so stressed out by RockStar Limo's shady deeds and while I was waiting for RockStar Limo to address these fraudulent charges. To summarize, 3 points. #1: don't trust RockStar Limo with your credit card number! #2: if you have to give them your credit card as a form of payment, pay attention to your credit card statement!! You never know when they will slam you with fraudulent charges and if you respond too slow then you might not get the remedy you wanted and longer wait time as well. #3: Just avoid this company to save you unnecessary stress!! I had a terrible experience with this company. My maid of honor booked a party bus for my bachelorette party and we needed to change the reservation. When I called I was told they don't usually transfer the deposit over to a new booking because it is non-refundable (understandable) BUT that they did not see an issue with it because I was trying to book TWO new reservations with the deposit. Carole told me she would call me back, I never heard so I followed up with her a second time. She told me she would send me an email but I never received one. The third time I followed up I was told my deposit would be kept, they cancelled my initial reservation, and the two other reservations I was trying to book were now sold out. My maid of honor lost $400 and I was unable to book anything through them. I am so disappointed with this service, I would not recommend them. read more

DO NOT BOOK FOR WEDDINGS! I wasn't going to say anything but I really wish someone warned me..looking now WOW how I wish I had checked out the ratings before I booked with them. Long story short...I booked with one woman in December and then everything went radio silence and I learned she had been fired. Okay, things happen. After multiple calls I finally got a new woman, and learned SHE LEFT too! I was given a new quote but the numbers didn't add up and when I asked the THIRD girl couldn't explain it so I was tossed to someone else, Meagan, who apparently is their "Director of Sales". I learned from talking with her that they: 1) Charged me the cost for 2 trolleys for 1 (I looked back at my original quote for 2) and refused to budge on pricing 2) Were so late booking the vehicle on the ferry to Martha's Vineyard (the wedding is on the island) that they would NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE FOR OUR RECEPTION TRAVEL. We paid the deposit in December, ferry bookings open in January so how were you so late booking you couldn't get a ferry? 3) Insisted on $75 for a meal for their driver 4) When I saw the quote for the trolley was double the original, I was even willing to KEEP IT if they transferred the deposit from an Escalade (which, when I called to book they apparently booked a limo and not an Escalade then acted like heroes when they booked the correct one) to the trolley. They refused to transfer the deposit, and it was like pulling TEETH to get it back. When speaking to Meagan about this, she rescheduled our call to go over my quote twice. When I finally got her on the phone, even with my wedding coordinator on 3-way (which she knew) she cut me off as I was speaking, was extremely defensive and RUDE and I finally flat out asked if she wanted my business to which she said NO. I was SO done at that point, I called/emailed both John the owner and Joe the GM. I also left them voicemails because as someone who was previously a high-end clientele sales manager, I felt they should know how their employees are treating their clients. They didn't even call back or respond to my email. I can see why there is such a high turnover now. Little did they know...I booked them because I saw them at a corporate event for a family member. Said family member has now pulled their business, will no longer be recommending Rockstar to their brides AND my future sister in law who's getting married in RI isn't booking with them now either. Shame, because the drivers were actually really sweet and very professional. Can't say the same for the office though and am SO GLAD I didn't book them for our wedding day! read more

They tried blaming it on my bank saying it's not their fault. And I had to talk to 3 different people because they kept tossing me around to someone new!..... Then they said they would take of me for all my troubles...they gave us a bottle of champagne....this company is an absolute joke and I wouldn't use them to drive me 10 feet down the road. We booked Rockstar Limo for a school bus for our wedding transportation. Biggest regret of our wedding. We had the bus scheduled to take all the remaining guests at the end of the night to our after party, but the bus left WITHOUT THE BRIDE AND GROOM and about 20 guests who were then stranded at the venue because no one had cars. The venue coordinator had to stay late because there were still guests there. We were not able to get in touch with the supposed 24/7 dispatch, and the bus driver was tracked down by a guest at the after party. Worst experience and I would NOT recommend. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they were accommodating when we had to reschedule for COVID reasons. read more

I ordered a trolley in March for my September wedding for about $1,200 and all the plans and paperwork went very smoothly until less than 24 hours before the wedding ceremony when they called and informed my wedding coordinator that there were mechanical issues and we would be getting a limo bus instead of the trolley. In their contract it states that the preferred vehicle type is requested but not guaranteed, which seems to be a poor business model. I had less than a day to decide if I wanted to nix the plan all together and eat the deposit. Since the day leading up to the wedding was frantic I didn't realize I had that option until after the fact because I would not have paid over $900 for a limo bus that I didn't want. Additionally, the driver didn't have any of the locations plugged into his phone and took the longer route to almost every location we were going to. One of my bridesmaids had to give him turn by turn directions, hello... that's what a GPS is for! I just found this company to be disorganized and could greatly improve on all their fronts. Also, I was in another wedding 2 years ago and the trolley broke down in the driveway before we went to the church.. am I cursed by Rockstar?? Feels like it! read more

I dealt with Stephanie the entire time and she made transportation the easiest part of the planning. We got 1 trolley and 2 school buses, all on time, professional, clean and willing to go with the flow (pictures before hand and different pickup times). 1 star for day of driver, 5 stars for office personnel interactions! I had made my reservations with Trolley's by Tess which was taken over by Rockstar Limo. First, the people that I have dealt with on the phone have been wonderful. This particular driver (Lislie?) that came can run this company out of business, however. There was a definite language barrier in him understanding me and me understanding him. He was asking for clarification of the address because he couldn't pull it up on his phone yet it was on the contract. After looking for the address for him, I went to the trolley and he said he had it. Frustrating on wedding day. I was told he would drive the bride and bridesmaids up the driveway to the groom's house for first look but that didn't happen. My daughter had to walk in her wedding dress up a steep driveway. Once the bridal party was on the trolley, he turned and asked someone where he was going and how to get there. Really?????? Second part of the disaster with him was when he called me at the exact time of his designated hotel pick up for guests asking where he should be. He was at the correct place (which took 2 minutes to establish) and I specifically reviewed the departure time with him. He was to wait until 4:45 until he left the hotel. At 4:40, he arrived at the ceremony venue. So not only didn't he wait for all the guests and for the appropriate time to depart, we were still taking wedding pictures and worse, when I approached him about leaving the hotel early, he said he didn't know he was supposed to leave at 4;45 (even though I told him that at 4:30). It was then that he became totally combative in front of our guests. On Monday, I called the office and expressed my displeasure. They were totally understanding, apologetic and sympathetic. Short story: I would never recommend this company to anyone. The driver didn't know where she was going after going over details with the company multiple times weeks before the event, I was giving the driver directions and instructions in my wedding dress and the driver still did not listen, my new husband and I were an hour late for our after party. After complaining multiple times the company gave me a $225 and a complimentary honeymoon pick up. Still not worth it, strongly recommend hiring another bus company. Long story: I reached out to Trolleys by Tess (a Plymouth, MA based company, where my wedding was to take place) and was informed that they were now run owned and operated by RockStar Limo. Stephanie from Rockstar Limo got back to me promptly with prices and we signed the contact on May 22nd. I heard nothing until I followed up on July 23rd to figure out pick up times. Stephanie and I went back and forth via email multiple times about pick up and drop off locations. She was excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. Then came wedding day, on August 11th, we got a bus driver that was lovely and kind but told us she was from Rhode Island, that she didn't know a Stephanie, wasn't sure who Rock Star Limo was and she was not sure of directions or a timeline. WHAT?! This was my wedding day, and I made sure to go over the details so many times so this would not happen. So, I spent time on my wedding day telling the bus driver where to go and giving her directions and she still was confused and didn't listen, I was left at the venue after it closed waiting for the bus driver to come back and pick up myself, my new husband and a small number of guests. We were 45 minutes late to the after party. I specifically hired Trolleys by Tess then turned Rock Star Limo because I read that they "knew the area". I was quoted cheaper bus companies but I didn't pick them because I wanted to pay a little more and receive better service from a more local company. That did not happen because the bus driver told us she was from Rhode Island and had no idea where she was going. The day after my wedding on August 12th, I emailed Stephanie and told her we were displeased by the service. I didn't get a response until late morning on Monday that said someone would reach out. On Tuesday I still did not get a response so I called Stephanie, she said someone would reach out. Then on Tuesday I sent her another email saying that no one had reached out yet. On Tuesday at 5 pm, the sales manager said the department manager was "working with our dispatch team and chauffer manager to gather all the details". This was upsetting because no one ever asked me the details about the event; I just said I was displeased with the service. It was so upsetting to me that I was trying to talk to someone about the terrible service I have received and I couldn't seem to connect. It had been three days since the event. I sent an email with everything that went wrong. The next morning, Meagan responded with the refund amount $225 they were offering and then offered a drop off and pick up to the airport for our honeymoon. That would have been great, but we were already on our honeymoon since they didn't respond to me with this offer for three days. We did take them up for the pickup from our honeymoon and it was lovely. The driver picked us up on time and with a bottle of prosecco. However, I did have to follow up for the refund multiple times and did not receive it until September 3rd. Would never recommend this company, hire someone else and pay a little less. read more

My (now) husband and I booked a trolley last November for our September 2016 wedding. Our plan was to use the trolley to get the groom and groomsmen and bride and bridesmaids separately to the first look site and then to transport all of us to the ceremony site. Our one request when booking the trolley was for it to be handicap accessible. That was not a problem while booking because Rockstar Limo has a few handicap accessible trolleys and we were booking far enough in advance. Fast forward to August and September of 2016. I called Rockstar on two separate occasions to confirm our reservation and to make sure the trolley that was going to pick us up was handicap accessible. I was assured everything was on track and the trolley would be at the hotel to pick the guys up at 1:30pm on September 17th. The Good: The trolley was at the hotel on time on our wedding day. The lift worked and all of the guys were able to get on the trolley and make their way to the first look site where we also planned on taking bridal party pictures. The Bad: The trolley driver was either a little lost or confused but made an unneeded loop at the beginning of the ride causing a 15-minute delay. Not a huge deal, but annoying. The guys got to the first drop off site and everyone was able to get off the trolley. This is where things went downhill. The driver was not able to get the lift back into the trolley due to a mechanical issue. She continually pressed the up and down button with no avail. An hour later all of the girls made their way to the first look site in their own and borrowed cars. Although stressful, the first look was a success - the bridal party pictures, not so much. There was no time. Everyone made their way to the ceremony site in cars and Ubers (the bride and groom in the photographer's car). We ended up missing our cocktail hour (the main reason we did the first look was so this wouldn't happen) for pictures. Luckily everything else having to do with our wedding so amazing not even the trolley disaster could bring us down! The Ugly: Saturday and Sunday came and went without a word from Rockstar. This blew our minds. Rockstar is in the wedding business. They are in the business of providing transportation on the most important day of people's lives, a day that can never be redone. Not receiving a call or email immediately is inexcusable. My husband and I were on our first layover of our honeymoon on Monday afternoon when we received the email from the Wedding Sales Manager at Rockstar. She congratulated us on our marriage, said she had just learned about the mechanical failure and assured us it was working before and after. She said she was refunding us the cost of the vehicle and service fees, less the gratuity. Less the gratuity?? How dare she! Why should we be responsible for tipping a driver who wasn't able to perform her duties on the most important day of our lives to date? The customer service, or lack thereof, from Rockstar is laughable. I understand mechanical failures happen and sometimes it is out of our control. I don't understand horrible customer service, especially in this industry. My advice, look elsewhere for your wedding day transportation. This company just doesn't get it. read more

My husband and I booked a trolley for our wedding transportation on September 24th, 2016. Kelly picked us up promptly at the Omni hotel in Providence, even though it was crazy busy. She quickly and safely brought us and the wedding party to The Temple to the Music in Roger Williams Park for wedding party pictures. During this time one of our family members fell and hurt himself where an ambulance needed to be called. She was so wonderful trying to assist as much as possible. Offering us water and anything she had in the trolley. She even went to the street to wave down the ambulance and directed them where to go. I can't thank Kelly enough for her kindness during this stressful time, it meant so much to us! For the rest of the day Kelly continued to be punctual and kind. I am very disappointed in this company. My friend rented a limo from them to drive us one way to our venue. When we were at our table, I realized I did not have my sweater, which I had taken off in the limo and left there. Since we only took the limo one way, I could not retrieve it. I called the company the very same afternoon to ask if they could check the limo and get back to me. A woman took my information, said they would check the limo and call back "in a few minutes." A few hours later, I had not received a call back, so I called them again. This time I spoke with a man who was not aware of the situation and could find no message or information pertaining to the situation. He took down my information again and said he would speak with our driver. He ensured me I would receive a call back this time. Two days later, I had still not received a call back, so I called the company for a third time. Again, the woman who answered the phone had no knowledge of the situation. I explained myself again, she took may information, said she would speak with the driver, and call me back to let me know if they found it or not. It has been four days and I have not received any call back. I know that it is my fault for leaving the sweater in the limo, but I am sure that I am not the first person to leave something in a limo by accident, nor will I be the last. It would be good business practice for the driver to quickly check the limo for forgotten items before driving off from his clients. I also expect that when I call a business and they tell me they will do something and call me back, that they will do it. Even if they did not find my sweater, it is common courtesy to call back. These people did not seem to care. read more

We rented a trolley and school bus for our wedding weekend in Newport on 10/15/16. Long story short - these guys were great. Their prices were slightly higher than other vendors - but let me tell you - it was well worth it for the "peace of mind" they provided. The drivers were awesome. The back office staff was great (and very responsive). I would highly recommend these guys - they took a lot of stress out of our wedding day logistics. read more

I want to give this a one star because I got charged $133 which I did not use. They lied about the the time the limo left even though I have proof to show that they were gone before the time he told me was still there. I will never recommend this to anybody at all. Lady told me she would give me back some of my money for the time and nope that wasn't even the case nothing back. The guy who drove it was there for over 10 years and did not know how to use the sound system so we listened to commercials for the ride. We gave this guy a good tip between all of us and the time was still lied about to try to charge me a hour after the fact. Highly disappointed and will not recommend this service to anybody. This is 2015 and companies like this will try to take the money from you. Never again people will ask me and I will tell them go some where else and try whoever u am have out. read more

We rented a party bus from Rockstar Limo for my son's prom and were very happy with them. The bus was in good condition, clean and showed up on time. They provided water on the bus (as promised) and the driver, Bill was great. We did have a couple of glitches, however. First, even though my son and I both called a couple of days before the event to confirm that the (stripper) poles would be installed, when the bus showed up they weren't in place. However, during the prom, Bill installed them so at least they had them for the ride home. Second, Bill didn't know how to work the sound system on the bus so they had to listen to the radio for a while until they figured out how to hook up their music. I would definitely rent from Rockstar again. read more

We used Rockstar limo for our daughter's wedding at Warwick country club. Meghan and Jim in the office were great in helping me plan the transportation for the guests from Hilton Garden Inn. Everyone we dealt with was efficient, professional and courteous. We even got upgraded to trolleys at the end of the night. Everyone had a blast and I would highly recommend this company. read more

I can't say enough about Rockstar!!! We hired three vehicles including a limo, Trolly Bus and their brand new Double Decker Bus. As the wedding grew they were very accommodating about changes and upgrades. The day of the wedding one of the buses ran into mechanical trouble on the way to pick up our 180 guests to bring them to the church. One phone call and Rockstar sent three buses with more capacity to step in and it proved to be even a better solution than we planned. They definitely lived up to their name!!! read more

Rockstar provided 2 limos, motor coach and a get a way car for my daughter's wedding. Totally professional drivers and the cars were absolutely spotless and clean. Communication was excellent and so was there punctuality. Such a big help when you don't need the added stress of wondering when the rides would arrive. Received text messages when they were on there way and when they arrived. This was important mostly when the cars were picking up at multiple locations and times. Would highly recommend Rockstar without any doubts. read more

01/06/2017 We booked Rockstar Limo for our daughter's wedding and they were fantastic. We booked a Mini Coach 20-32 and they upgraded us to a Mini Coach 33-40. The office staff was excellent and kept in constant contact with us before the big day through e-mails and cell phones. Kelly was our driver and arrived early. She gave us her contact information in case we needed her and was polite and courteous. Several trips were made from the reception to the hotel and all went well. Water was provided and Champagne on the last trip. I would highly recommend Rockstar Limo. read more

My friends and I rented a trolley for Friday night. we couldn't get over how big, clean and amazing it was. Our driver Bill was the best. He had a cooler ready with waters and ice. Choose another company! Rockstar Limo was hired for a recent family wedding-- they had 1 job. To get the groomsmen to the church, go back to the hotel and bring the bridesmaids to the church. They managed to complete the first task of getting the groomsmen to the church on schedule. That is all. The driver (It probably wasn't his fault, his orders come from someone higher up) was sent to the wrong hotel. We should have seen this coming considering multiple confirmation e-mails were sent ALL including different and INCORRECT information despite our attempts to fix it. Not only was the driver sent to the wrong hotel, but he proceeded to wait at the wrong hotel (didn't think to call the brides cell? or anybodys cell ?) for over 15/20 min. Meanwhile the wedding start time of 2pm has come and gone. I began to call the company, call the groomsmen, to try to figure out where the limo was. When we all finally realized the limo was at the WRONG hotel we assumed it would then come to pick us up at the correct hotel in no time. (the hotels are no more than 15 min apart.) Another 20 min goes by and the limo is still not there. The bride almost hailed a cab to her wedding. Long story short-- the beautiful bride was almost 40 min. late to her own wedding because of the limo company. The wedding went on, and was a success- No thanks to RockStar Limo!! Still unsure if a formal "sorry" has been issued from the company, or better yet.... a partial REFUND. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for reliable transportation services. read more
