I needed a Limo for my daughters wedding just to get from the hotel to the Country Club, after being contacted by other companies with outrageous quotes. Anthony was so affordable and professional! Then the Limo Driver Miss Kelly pulled up in a beautiful white limo and she even arrived early for us! She was so accomodating and sweet! Five stars for her too! If it wasn't for her asking if we had the marriage license we would have forgot it..thank you Kelly!     Pick up from Logan airport was 30 min later than the 6:50 time agreed on if flight arrived on the…read morescheduled time. The flight arrived 30min early and according to the service offered the driver should have checked the arrival time and arrived at the airport at 6:20 , giving him an extra 30 minutes to arrive on the agreed time of 6:50 instead of 7:25. The driver kept saying that the plane arrived 30min early and even mentioned that he had the wrong flight # which did not explain how this caused him to arrive later than the 6:50 time originaly agreed on. Apparently he reported to the company that the traffic was the reason for his late arrival. If the traffic pattern were checked for that time period I believe you would find that it was very light on that Sunday night and would not have added another hour to his travel time. I believe that the driver left his base later than necessary to meet the timeline and although he did not provide good service he received his 20% tip because it had to be paid in advance. Next time I would recommend Uber for $60 and save yourself the $212.50+ for a limo.

    After our wedding I searched Yelp to alert people to stay away from this joke of a service but…read morecouldn't find it listed. I was disappointed and gave up until my wife randomly found it a year later. If I could give zero stars I would. Funny I saw a review from a couple that got married on 7/24/2012...we got married 7/24/2015 and had just as horrible of an experience as the reviews I've read. Stay away from this place and Chuck. Don't listen to his used car salesman bargaining tactics...in fact, just call someone else. I don't have the time or effort to post every single detail but I will mention two specific instances that stood out the most: 1 - Upon arriving at the hotel 5-10 minutes early I get a text message from Chuck telling me he had arrived at the time I asked and very rudely explained that he was waiting for me and I needed to get downstairs now. Chuck was to drive the groomsmen and the groom to the church then go back and pick up the bridal party. Great way to start my wedding day. Real considerate. 2 - We get into the Mercedes bus that he said sat 12 passengers comfortably. There were 4 groomsmen and the groom. Tight fit and not very comfortable. Regardless, we pile in with a medium sized cooler for the ride and pictures after the church. On the way to the church we all had ONE beer...maybe one or two guys cracked a second. Upon leaving the limo we made sure to dispose of all the empties in a thick black garbage bag. Being the last one to leave Chuck stops me and says "you can't leave that garbage on the bus". I asked him what I was supposed to do with it and asked him nicely to dispose of it when he got back to the hotel. He refused and forced me to take the bag of trash off the bus. If I had it to do all over again I would have left it and told him to deal with it but I was so shocked and surprised that I didn't know what to do so I took it. The second I stepped off the bus he closed the door and drove away leaving me standing in front of the church on my wedding day with a garbage bag of empty beers. Some people affiliated with the church were standing out front and were not happy at all. Had I not been saved by a wedding day miracle in the form of a Dels lemonade truck that pulled up I don't know what I would have done. I kindly asked the Dels lemonade guy if he could do me a favor on my wedding day and dispose of the garbage and he kindly did. We bought lemonade and gave him a nice tip as my mother talked to the church women who were getting upset about the garbage as they thought it was booze. Not that we drank a ton but for a 5 person party on the bus having a beer is not unheard of. Again, I could highlight a few more things that occurred I was displeased about but I think my novel review is enough.

    On July 24, 2012 I signed a wedding contract with A+…read moreLimousine for a 14 passenger Navigator for a 3 hour wedding package for August 4, 2012 for $550.00. On my wedding day the limo arrives at the house to pick up my fiance and the groomsmen. The driver steps out of the limo perspiring and states that the air conditioning is not working. The outside temperature is about 92 degrees. He states that he has called the company so they can do something about it. The wedding party is dropped off at the church and the limo proceeds to my house. The driver gets out and tells us that the air conditioning is not working and that they are coming to the church to try to fix it.He says he can open the windows. We arrive at the church and I try to open my door from the inside and the door handle is broken. Luckily the church coordinator finds an air conditioned room for me to wait in so I don't pass out in my satin gown. We leave the ceremony to find the hood of the limo opened and someone still trying to fix it. They tell us it is fixed but the limo was not cool at all. We had 13 people in our wedding party and one of the groomsmen had to sit on the floor because there really was not enough room for everyone. We arrived at the reception (only a 10 minute ride) just in time, because the limo began to overheat. The wedding party was wet with perspiration and the flowers were beginning to wilt. On Monday I went to A+ and spoke to Alex, who went to talk to someone else after hearing my complaint. He said he would give us $100 towards our next booking with A+. I informed him I wanted money deducted from money I already paid them. He told me that the contract states "A+ Limo, Inc is not responsible if car breaks down". I asked him who is responsible. He responded by asking me who is responsible if my car breaks down. I replied that I am, because I own the car, just as the company should be, since they own the vehicle. Alex seemed to think it was funny that I was so upset. 4.
