When I received the check they deducted a 3.5% processing fee out of it because of their mistake charging me too early. That's not my problem for their bad business practice! I'm still waiting for the processing fee but doubt I'll get it back. He laughed at me when I asked for the processing fee back because it was only $10... unbelievable.

I made the reservation less than a week in advance and they were able to accommodate which I appreciated. The gentleman was nice enough. It was a short one way from the Pier in Narragansett to The Newport Resort Cambria Hotel for a wedding party after a rehearsal dinner. The price was high but I was just relieved to be able to provide this service for our guests. I didn't want our guests to have to wait around so I opted out of Lyft or Uber for transportation. If I had gone with either service I could have saved myself $100s. They sent a 10 passenger Mercedes bus which fit everyone comfortably and got them home safely. I would just plan better next time.

You can't imagine how wonderful it is to get off a plane, grab your luggage and just step outside the terminal to find a member of Rachel's team waiting for you. If you are thinking of doing it yourself here is a reason why you should not. We ran into a family on our vacation that drove to Logan and find the parking garages full. They had to valet their car without knowing where it was going. When they arrive at Logan after their flight, they have to go to the parking garage and find a valet. And then wait for the valet to go and get their car and bring it to them. Is that how you want your vacation to begin or end? The receptionist who I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful. I got a detailed email confirmation with all the flight times listed and exactly when the driver would be at my home/airport. On the travel days, I got a text from the driver introducing himself and letting me know the Time he would arrive. Drivers were both exactly on time. We were picked up in a big brand new spacious van with plenty of room for 11people and all our luggage. The driver packed all of the luggage in the van for us. They had a cooler of ice cold waters and sodas for both drop off and pickup. We had two different drivers one to the airport and another from the airport. Both were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, very accommodating, on time, and they were excellent drivers. They both asked if we were comfortable, if the ac was at a good level, what type of music we wanted. They just made us feel so comfortable. Absolutely wonderful experience. I am so happy I found this company because I have used many others in the past and none of them compare to the excellence of Austin. Our plane was 4 hours late arriving after midnight on Sunday. David was right there in one of their wonderful cars . He was phenomenal and delivered us to the Cape at 2:30a.m. and was charming. He carried our bags inside for us, and he still had an hour+ ride to his home. I need to mention that we are elderly and should not have worried that someone would be there.
