So they said 20 minutes (arrive at 6:35am). Great, that would be right on time. I checked in 15 minutes later (6:30), and they said, "Oh, we're not going to be able to get a taxi to you until 7:00am." This is the time I had to be at work. I've lost a 300.00 day of work, because I couldn't be that late, and they didn't even have the courtesy to call me to let me know right away.
