I made the reservation less than a week in advance and they were able to accommodate which I appreciated. The gentleman was nice enough. It was a short one way from the Pier in Narragansett to The Newport Resort Cambria Hotel for a wedding party after a rehearsal dinner. The price was high but I was just relieved to be able to provide this service for our guests. I didn't want our guests to have to wait around so I opted out of Lyft or Uber for transportation. If I had gone with either service I could have saved myself $100s. They sent a 10 passenger Mercedes bus which fit everyone comfortably and got them home safely. I would just plan better next time.

The receptionist who I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful. I got a detailed email confirmation with all the flight times listed and exactly when the driver would be at my home/airport. On the travel days, I got a text from the driver introducing himself and letting me know the Time he would arrive. Drivers were both exactly on time. We were picked up in a big brand new spacious van with plenty of room for 11people and all our luggage. The driver packed all of the luggage in the van for us. They had a cooler of ice cold waters and sodas for both drop off and pickup. We had two different drivers one to the airport and another from the airport. Both were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, very accommodating, on time, and they were excellent drivers. They both asked if we were comfortable, if the ac was at a good level, what type of music we wanted.
