Hired Bill for trips to and from Logan airport and could not be happier with the caliber of…read moreservice. Bill was early for pickup to Logan and super nice on the way there, making the ride enjoyable. The brand new van offered a very comfortable, smooth and quiet ride and we had plenty of time to spare at the airport. Before departures Bill even offered a courtesy check to make sure we had all the important items like passport, wallet, phone etc. Arriving home, our driver Tony communicated his ETA and called us to confirm the precise pickup point even down to the inch. Tony was so nice and we had good conversation with him and again the van was super comfortable and clean. Tony even helped carry suitcases directly to the door. I appreciated that both Bill and Tony communicated multiple times in text with confirmations, ETAs etc. Sent photos of the vans well in advance with license plates which was a really nice touch, so that we knew exactly what vehicle to look for. Bill and Tony easily accommodated an itinerary with multiple stops which made our lives SO much easier and saved us from unnecessary driving and coordination. Everything was done via text/phone which is way better than dealing with a clunky website or corporate office. Price was very reasonable and very well worth it for the level of professionalism you get. We will be booking with Bill's Transportation Services in the future for sure.

Beginning and ending a vacation can be stressful. But it doesn't have to be. Rachel's team is a well oiled machine. They pick you up and drop you off in your driveway. You get communications before you arrive at Logan, where they will pick you up, a picture of the vehicle and driver name. You can't imagine how wonderful it is to get off a plane, grab your luggage and just step outside the terminal to find a member of Rachel's team waiting for you. If you are thinking of doing it yourself here is a reason why you should not. We ran into a family on our vacation that drove to Logan and find the parking garages full. They had to valet their car without knowing where it was going. When they arrive at Logan after their flight, they have to go to the parking garage and find a valet. And then wait for the valet to go and get their car and bring it to them. Is that how you want your vacation to begin or end? You can trust Rachel and her team to take all that worry and stress away.

Chuck was angry when I canceled and said 'no one ever cancels a trip?!' What? Then I found out my credit card was already charged at the time of booking, not a hold. When I asked for the credit I was told I had to wait until the end of the month for a check!? When I received the check they deducted a 3.5% processing fee out of it because of their mistake charging me too early. That's not my problem for their bad business practice! I'm still waiting for the processing fee but doubt I'll get it back. He laughed at me when I asked for the processing fee back because it was only $10... unbelievable.

I made the reservation less than a week in advance and they were able to accommodate which I appreciated. The gentleman was nice enough. It was a short one way from the Pier in Narragansett to The Newport Resort Cambria Hotel for a wedding party after a rehearsal dinner. The price was high but I was just relieved to be able to provide this service for our guests. I didn't want our guests to have to wait around so I opted out of Lyft or Uber for transportation. If I had gone with either service I could have saved myself $100s. They sent a 10 passenger Mercedes bus which fit everyone comfortably and got them home safely. I would just plan better next time.

By 11:10am, I had to load up my car and drive myself to the airport! What annoys me most is that I had spoken with Mike the prior Wednesday, October 26th, to confirm my transportation, and he said everything was all set. Mike finally did call my cell phone just prior to my boarding my flight at about 2:00pm to ask if I had made it to the airport. He said he was "looking into what happened" and would get back to me . . which, as of today, November 6th, he still has not. This is EXTREMELY disappointing. Over the years, I have been a loyal customer having used this business exclusively for both personal and professional travel , and have recommended Airport Express Direct to many friends and family members. The receptionist who I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful. I got a detailed email confirmation with all the flight times listed and exactly when the driver would be at my home/airport. On the travel days, I got a text from the driver introducing himself and letting me know the Time he would arrive. Drivers were both exactly on time. We were picked up in a big brand new spacious van with plenty of room for 11people and all our luggage. The driver packed all of the luggage in the van for us. They had a cooler of ice cold waters and sodas for both drop off and pickup. We had two different drivers one to the airport and another from the airport. Both were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, very accommodating, on time, and they were excellent drivers. They both asked if we were comfortable, if the ac was at a good level, what type of music we wanted. They just made us feel so comfortable. Absolutely wonderful experience. I am so happy I found this company because I have used many others in the past and none of them compare to the excellence of Austin.
