I felt like the most important customer by the personalized service I received just in the first phone call! I was also happy with the reasonable, competitive rates. But then the day I'd been planning, we were hit with a terrible storm. John called to let me know we were still on and his drivers were trained for this. I was relieved, but still nervous by the roads and the 4-8 in expected. Peg, our driver, was amazing. She was never flustered, made us feel pampered, and -- not sure how she accomplished this -- got us to the opera on time! A night I thought was ruined was saved by Mystic Limo!

He took the time to listen to…read moreexactly what I needed for my family's transportation to and from the airport, offered his recommendations, and gave me different vehicle options based on our needs. He even sent me photos of the vehicles ahead of time, which I really appreciated. For our trip to the airport, we chose the Chevy Suburban, and for our return home, we used the van. Both vehicles were excellent, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, spacious, and clearly well maintained. From the moment Jared arrived, he was incredibly friendly and professional. Before we even left the house, he made sure everyone was comfortable and even asked if we had double-checked that we hadn't forgotten anything for our trip. That small detail really showed how much he cares about the people he transports. Another thing I really liked was the reservation email. Everything was clearly explained, and I also noticed that additional food/snack service can be arranged upon request. Both the Suburban and the van already had bottled water, candy, charging cables for different types of phones, and excellent air conditioning, everything you could need to make the ride more comfortable. What impressed me the most was Jared's attention to our flights. He monitored both our departure and return flights for any delays. On our way back, our flight was delayed, and I was a little concerned about how that would affect our pickup. As soon as we landed, I already had a message from Jared letting me know that he was aware of the delay and was already there waiting for us. That level of service gave me so much peace of mind. I highly recommend Jared and his transportation service. I was so happy with the experience that I have already booked him for my next two trips. This is truly a high-standard, professional service, and the cost is absolutely fair for the level of comfort, attention, reliability, and service provided. Thank you, Jared, for such a great experience and, most importantly, for providing my family with comfort, safety, and peace of mind throughout our transportation. We truly appreciate it!

Jared arranged for a Sprinter van so we were all comfortable with lots of room for luggage and to spread out. Although we didn't take advantage of this, he offers beverage and food service. And his prices are very reasonable. I cannot recommend Jared enough. You will not be disappointed. I know we will be using him again soon.

And reconfirmed the day before our flight. They arrived in a beautiful stretch 10 minutes before our scheduled time and in 100 degree weather, loaded ALL of our bags..HUGE help. The car was cool..literally--and stocked with ice waters, sodas and juice boxes for the kids. Just a nice touch on a sweltering day. From Madison, we arrived at the terminal in under 2 hours and the driver was diligent in making sure we were handled at the check-in and everything was loaded. Landing in Rome and again in Calabria, the ride and process through JFK was easily the best and least stressful. Coming home at night we were punch-drunk exhausted; trying to keep the kids, bags and in-laws in tow, and the second we walked out of the arrivals section, our limo was waiting for us. They have a tracking software that tells them the exact arrival of every flight and he knew right where we would be. As we piled in the back, he loaded like 50 bags of ours, and by the time we hit 95, everyone was asleep and we were back home in no time. From price and professionalism to execution, timing, and delivery, we will use Sunset every time we travel whether its abroad or even a night out on the town. Great company.

The reviews were all highly praising and it looked like a fun experience. I have to say: don't hesitate! Book them! Rob was a pro guide and made sure we understood how to operate our boat safely and how to get the most fun out of it. Yes, there are safety things that you need to be aware of, but he was very encouraging of us trying out what the boat can do. We loved getting to do donuts in our boat! The tour itself was very informative, and we really got a feel for the area. We're already looking forward to returning for another season with a full group of friends to rent out all the boats. This is a must-do activity when visiting Mystic. Be sure to arrive on time as requested so that you can be briefed on the safety. That is so important, and that is why they tell you in advance that you will be turned away if you are late to the safety briefing. For those of you who may be wondering, there is ample parking, and it was about a 15-20 minute drive with traffic from downtown Mystic. Again, a huge thank you to Rob for being an awesome guide and helping us have the best experience possible for my husband's birthday surprise. Hope to see you again soon!

My daughter and I had an absolute blast piloting the boat, and once we got over the fear factor that we were going "too fast" and gained confidence in piloting the boat for the first time, it felt like second nature. We did the 3 hour Mystic River tour which ended with a "free sail" hour at the end. However, we opted not to go out into the Sound due to heavily windy conditions, so we stayed in the channel in the "playground" area doing donuts and figure-eights. Before we knew it the 3 hours was up. Rob was a great host and he taught us how to pilot the boats in no time. He was also very knowledgeable of the Mystic seaport area. We had a great time and will absolutely be making this a regular part of our yearly Mystic trips!
